  1. Having been at the game and have just watched the highlights here are my thoughts. We didn't play well for long spells in the match. We were not our usual inter passing attacking team of late, a lot of the time we played the long ball up to Mackay which was bread and butter for the Hearts defence. At 11 v10 we should have kept it on the deck and worked the openings and stretched the game which we did in spells but then punted the ball long! Hearts were up for the game and deserve to be in the final, they looked dangerous when in posession of the ball. Ngoo played well and was a big physical prescence annd was very mobile but I did feel that after his booking he was persistantly fouling but yet never got a second yellow!! Foran was lucky to be on the park, his free kick he gave away after being booked was a second yellow. Roberts when he came on gave posession away to easily, was lacking in confidence. MacKay was off the boil yesterday when we needed him most, why he didn't lob MacDonald in the first half when he was clean through or stroke the ball into the net from Sutherlands cutback only he will know. A bad day at the office. Thats 3 times I've watched Caley Thistle in a major Semi Final and 3 times I've come away disappointed. We've got to pick ourselves up focus on finishing well in the league and hopefully it will be 4th time lucky in the Scottish Cup.
  2. Chris Hogg was awful on OAM. I was sitting near to him and also listening to the Radio. He never butted in whenever there was an incident and spent a lot of time on his phone probably texting or on the internet. At no point did he say how awful Dunfermline were or that we had the bulk of play in the second half. I'm glad I was at the match and not spending it at home relying on updates from Hoggy that never came.
  3. Bottom of the league, not good enough!!!!!!
  4. Come on Caley! get stuck into them in the second half. Proctor on for Golabart in the 2nd half!
  5. My work collegue's husband played for Forres and he said that Chippendale was pretty amazing, allbeit against Highland League opposition. What are the thoughts of those who were there on Sunday, as it was hard to tell with the 10mins that he got on Sat.
  6. First half hour we were great. We got stuck into them right from the start closing them down, harassing them and didn't give them time to settle. Great cross by Foran and a brilliant header by Tade for the opener. Killie scored a good goal against the run of play and we then went back to our same old same and were lucky not to be behind. Give the players credit though, they hung on in there and Shinne scored a cracking winner. Shame our injury list is getting longer by the minute, hopefully the two week break will give some time to get back to fitness. Onwards and upwards ICT.
  7. It says on the Website that 90% 0f the prices remain unchanged from last yearbut the majority of the 10% that are increased are in the family section North stand. We should be encouraging more of the young ones to come along come along.
  8. Just drove past the stadium. Pitch is clear, no visible signs of lying water. It's snowing in Inverness but at sea level it is not lying. My house is near Fairways and it is lying but as i said at Sea level it's falling as sleet rather than snow. Hopefully, with the Undersoil heating on, it will keep the water from lying. With the game on live with Sky sports and the money it brings, I think ICT will do everything possible to get it on. The only problem might arise if the A9 closes.
  9. Dire! Dire! Dire! and the ref was no better. In the car on the way home, the radio commentator said that we have picked up 9 points out of a possible 42 in thepast few months- Depressing. I feel that we are not getting value for money from our season ticket, 3 games won at home this season. !!!
  10. After the Rangers Celtic game tomorrow, according to Radio Scotland today.
  11. Was at the game today, blooming cold! Dorran had a great game down the left wing. Hogg was solid at the back and scored a great glancing header. It was good to see us dominating the game, poor Tuffey spent most of the game trying to keep warm on the edge of his box. Hope they show Rooneys miss on sportscene tonight, 6 yards out, takes a touch from the squared ball, goal gaping, he proceeds to fall over it!!! lmao. I thought MacDonald could have been given a longer run out, at 4-0 the game was over and should have been brought on sooner than the 8 mins he got. If we get a kind draw, Hampden here we come!
  12. I was at the last family day with two of my kids. They had a great day as did I. It's good to see the club encouraging the younger fans to come along.
  13. Goooooooaaaaaallllll!!! 2-0:bouncyblue:
