  1. Agree with the OP. this is getting depressing, even more so when we come up against c*unty with Vigurs, Wood etc. fired up as hell. They must be laughing like drains, and we appear to be going down the shops wi nae money.

So, Grasser, what exactly have you been doing, apart from fulfilling our worst fears about how the singular lack of ambition from the Board would keep this club in Div. 1 for years?

If I sound hacked off, I am

  2. I'm off to the pub. Now. I'll take a donder past the Glenmhor going and on the way back and publicly pronounce my findings. If they are there, it's trumpet time!

Ooooh me bleedin' nerves mavis.............

Pub already :022: Arent some lucky

It's a mates on friday thing - we celebrate the fact that, somehow, we ain't been sacked yet. As confirmed on another thread, these central belters are at the kingsmills. 6 pints later, me nerves are still shot and will be until we hit the innes at 11. BRING IT ON. WE ARE STAYING UP!!!

Ooooh me bleedin' nerves mavis.............

  4. What times Spoons open?

I know u can get drink at sometime in the morning there, but you have to buy food?

Yeah think you have to buy a breakfast and you can get 2 drinks. So quick breakfast at home it is then the keg!

you are only alowed 2 drinks if you have a child with you for a meal other wise just normal drinking

So, if you eat a child, you only get two drinks? Eat my youngest, please - I'll easily stand you a bottle of anything you fancy!

  5. Sean Connery as an ex-Scotsman, Mel Gibson dressed up as Braveheart, Liam Neeson as Rob Roy, the lads from Trainspotting and Homer Simpson in a kilt (or a lookalike  ).

Still Game crew are coming up to support Falkirk :025:

    Gonnae no say that...............tos*ers

  6. Well said Harry/ Al. You could come out with a whole lot of stuff about this game, but I would really like the feeling that I got in the 1990 grand slam, when Scotland walked on the pitch in a line, smacked the ball down on the centre line and then proceeded to cuff the people from the flat lands in the south. Fair made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, and Granty has to be a leader in the mould of David Sole on Saturday. I think he can do it.

If we had a haka that didn't involve baring your ar*e then I'd recommend that and all.

  7. Prodigy Omen,

    (or Invaders must die)

    Daft Punk, Technologcy

    Coldplay, Life in techincolour ii

    Killers, spaceman

Some decent songs there - are you meaning Technologic by DP?

A bit of the Prodigy just before kick off wouldn't go a miss - not too sure many of the "older" fans would agree though?

    glad i'm not old... :rotflmao:

I'm old, and they are all on my ipod thingie. And I agree with getting rid of that dirge "highland cathedral" Utter mince. Been done before, but I think "the great escape" whistling tune might be a good one for the Falkirk game.

  8. I'm usually pretty magnanimous regarding BIG Lionel, but today was beyond a joke. It was a bit like watching a car crash, and he was so lucky that he wasn't made to pay for his mistakes. A bit more nous from everyone would have worked wonders, along with some official competence and a willingness to get the ball wide. Foran was getting everything that was crossed into him, but it wasn't nearly enough. He really deserved that MOTM.

I remember someone who can cross a ball - his name's Hastings. BTW, did Billy Reid have a stroke? It sure looked like it.

  9. half pished happy karma is floatin' ICT's way! I do believe....... :rotflmao: Oh aye, and I really hate Hamilton yon cheatin' divin' schemie central belt jakies.
