Lost revenue due to slow service. Staff brilliant but how do we help them.
Stop card payments and do cash only, too often they don't process and slows everything down
Bigger and more signs as too many get to the front with no idea what they are ordering and take ages 'dithering' to decide
Fully agree service pre game today was horrifically slow, took me 15mins and there was probably less than 10 people infront when I got there

Billy will not be our top scorer this season and I doubt he will even reach the number Danny sets

He signed Samuel, Pepple Ferguson and Sheridan when we already had McKay, Brooks, Lodovica, Cairns and Samuels.
We probably did need 9 strikers though.
Everyone of them questionable decisions (including billy last season) except Brooks who never got a chance and cairns who's still young. If Dodds had actually played him in the right position and kept Oakley he'd have given better return than all of them.

Billy might not be as potent a striker as he used to be but he's still pretty useful in the final.
His ability to hold the ball, and set up other players with a killer pass should not be under-estimated.
Is that based on your view of what he used to do and faint hopes going fowards of recapturing that or what you have actually seen this season?

If the boo boys can actually support the team this time, we might get an important morale boosting win.
Do you think maybe one could play up front - cant be worse than what we have!!!
Billy & Scott should get criticism, nobody at the club should be immune from it.
23/24 - 36 games - 8 goals (6 games under Dodds - Zero goals)
24/25 - 18 games - 1 goal (8 games as AM with Kells - Zero goals)
Too many stating Billy never scored because Duncball, well clearly there has been opportunity to change that and what are we seeing? The return is awful and now its jointly sits as responsibility towards Billy & Scott. So either Kells is too scared to drop his AM or Billy too egotistical to see he's not performing - or both . If they wish to persist then the team tactics & formations need to develop to provide Billy a role which after the performances (even in games we win) its clearly not happening.
And to anticipate the inevitable 'but there's more to his game' - the hold up play is poor, through balls are non-existant and I'm not sure where the on-field leadership & organisation is as our set pieces are too often honking and we look devoid of ideas.
So yes, criticism is fair.

Simple football facts. Ignore them if you wish.
No virtual about it, 18/5/24 ICTFC 2 Hamilton 3. Certain Billy McKay and L Longstaff were keys players that day I understand. Scott Kellacher was as I understand part of the coaching and trading since 2010, so directly has been influential in the quality, standard and strength of the players over the period. (Happy to be corrected).
Sorry you say this but the Earth is not Flat! You continue to punt your line and I will stick to publishing and face the facts.bc
Cannot criticise Kells or Billy, must know that by now, just the same as for years nothing negative was to be said about Robbo or the board. Last year we know the big bad man came in and made it all go wrong, cant expect any of the professionals doing the job on the park to be held accountable too!!! Slowly the tide of opinions will turn, just takes longer in some quarters than others.

Quite a lot owed to hotel & catering (circa £40k) - wonder how much were necessary & justified business costs and not just directors running up expenses taking advantage of the position.

I didn't think Billy was at it on Saturday
which games though this season he has been 'on it' as hes been poor in all ive seen. Return of 1 goal in 22 is a poor and if this was another player we had like Brooks or Ferguson they would be calls to be dropped. Billy can only have a limited 'credit in the bank'
Overall we are lowest scoring team in the league, it's making hard work for our defence so there is need to do something

We are loosing games because we are so wasteful infront of goal and not taking the opportunities. Admittedly I didnt at the start of this season attend as many Dunc games (home or away) because truthfully there wasnt the motivation to travel to watch that turgid ***** every wk, under Kells there is a clear change in approach being much more direct and wanting to create rather than just possession based with focus 'not to loose;' rather than 'try to win'.
Last 3 games we should have been out of sight by half time, but too often either shooting way of target of not making the right choices. Last year I had concerns and early this season, however put it down to Duncball, BUT Billy is done, his ability to hold up the ball, run behind is gone. When through his touch is heavy and looks completely devoid of any confidence which given his experience and role is not good enough - his single goal all season is testament to this (and he is our 'star' striker in many fans eyes and thought he was going to Golden Boot this diddy league).
Given of lack of depth and experience he wont be dropped but we need to look at alternative formations and position for him - even if its sitting deeper to allow Cairns to play (may not be any better but give him a chance). Could we transition Billy into a holding mid, anchor role then push forwards likes of Bray or Longstaff - one for him & Kells to fix.

Hamilton 3-0. Foran punted that day and we would have stayed up that season I'm pretty sure

For me it’s 50% as we should discount the Dumbarton game given what he and the players had been through in the days leading up to it.
Tbf we could use the Dunc logic for his games where artificial pitches don't count, games we conceded don't matter and defeats are only considered if if they are against teams we don't play ........so technically dunc has a much higher record than many fans are giving credit

because we certainly haven't signed anyone for a fee ever as far as I know.
that not correct, however we wont be signing anyone for a fee or otherwise until the club exits administration
To answer the question a mix of experience (journeymen), youth and either developing or early-mid career players is the only way we can proceed. However we have the challenge of contract duration to consider - too long and we carry burdens we possibly cannot afford if declines continue but not long enough and good talent leaves for free.
The bigger decision (when) around players is whether we retain FT status or otherwise, however I suspect that moving forwards regardless of L1 or L2 it'll be hybrid at best

Imperative that decisions on players contracts and who will be remaining is made incredibly swiftly to allow preparations for the wknd and allow focus of mind. Cant allow this to drag at all and players (and staff) need to know if they be still be there on matchday or not - lingering uncertainty will do us no favours.
Early days but genuinely see this Sat game at Dumbarton as huge. We win and its back to zero points and only 9 behind - physiologically I think that will be massive around the club to know we will be gaining positive points going forwards (this early) rather than fighting back from the negative state and feeling hard done by. Not withstanding the increased gap to the other teams a loss brings as well.
After a win last wknd we need to build momentum and get a good feeling around the squad but feel that with the uncertainty many at the club will be focused on what this means for their careers or employment rather than playing a game. Big week in many ways and one for strong heads and maturity to take control - I'm not sure Dunc is the guy that can galvanise a squad but fingers crossed likes of Billy & Devine can (if they are still around)

I suspect that we will hear nothing more of this in the future, nor about the apparent negligence of the rest of the Board for the past few years.
You may be right and given some of what I'm reading there will be those that look back with sympathy for some of the complicit individuals all because the 'bug bad man' (SG) did it all. Scapegoating at its finest.

Negotiation of expenses and benefits is all part or relocation in business.
Whether they should or do get those requests is what should be questioned.

Likely a lot of angry & confused supporters especially those who have given not just ST money by GoFund donations too without much clarity coming from the club. Probably driving for an agenda to avoid chaos and tangents to get maximum outputs from the session.

A Highland businessman's £1.2m bid to save Inverness Caledonian Thistle from administration has been rejected by the club. (Scottish Sun)

Currently I believe Dunc is waiving his salary, he is still contracted to the club and on that basis will be a high earner (if not highest) so will be at risk of termination, so unless he returns to the club after that in a voluntary role he probably will not be kept on. He has also stated he will not work for 'free' forever so ultimately will be looking for his salary back. Best hope if he finds a role down south again at a bigger club in the background and cites ICT as a basket case hence his failings thus keeping his reputation fairly in tact down there.

Currently any profit to the club from the Battery Company is dependent on the non legally binding promise of 3 former club directors who have yet to write off their loans and have thereby plunged the club into crisis.
This is one of the biggest points that needs clarity with RM & Co needing to come out ans publicly state a position. Given the tarnish to the legacy of the RM tenure and his alleged losses, plus rumors elsewhere that this is affecting his personal solvency then its hard to see any scenario (unless there is a legally binding gap missed) where they dont take the BF cash and still try call in the debts by the club - also at this point would he even give a damn how this affects his public image in the Inverness football community?

Best thing to come out of administration if the clearing out of the club from overpaid, under performing individuals. There's board members, management/coaching staff and players that need jettisoned with the appropriate tarnishing to their reputations. Thankfully admin allows us to do this without having to pay off full contract values etc.
Time to rebuild with better process controls and individuals offering value rather than being there for the kudos and personal gains.

(Tokely? Esson? Tremarco? Warren? Raven? Imrie? other?) .
All these guys have jobs and with our probable financial constraints we will struggle to better even what the likes of Esson are getting a Strathspey.
Any future management will be within most likely and from our new wage structure. Probably Bollan or Kellacher are most likely unless someone like Billy has coaching badges and steps into player manager. Wouldnt be a shock to see CC step in and do it as part of his many duties even short term as he wouldnt be commanding a second or third salary.

It is worth noting that Morrison's colleagues on the Board presumably would all have had to agree to the conditions in the Charge document as a condition of Morrison making the loan. All 3 of the current Board members should, therefore be able to clarify exactly what the implications of this document are. In particular, Scott Young was the Director who signed the document agreeing to the terms on behalf of the Board.
Not sure you'd get the clarity unfortunately if the meeting was anything to go by, as it appears the kudos of being part of the board was greater than the desire for the responsibilities it brought IMO.

This is largely untrue. ICT have historically had a poor time at attracting fans to come and watch the games. Even in the heady heights of "success" in the PL, we didn't have particularly great attendances.
As an form of entertainment the product doesnt matter while there are so many alternates available to the public, such that people wont take their money elsewhere? Sadly I significantly disagree with you, while there may be a (small) 'hardcore' that will tolerate any form of experience there are many who either will cease to attend or stay away because the club is performing poorly - the numbers support this.
