A couple of weeks ago we were all moaning about him giving out too many cards. Now people are complaining that he isn't giving out enough. A tad harsh.
I prefer the way he handled things today. Made for a much more fluent, hard fought, high tempo game.
Have given Collum pelters in the past, but credit where credit's due. Big improvement.
The trick is to give them out when they're required, not when your quotas (external or self-imposed) need the numbers. I seriously believed yesterday that he'd left his cards in the dressing room in the first half, and was just too embarrassed to admit it.

Why was nobody lobbing balls at boots yesterday?

Back on Top
If we'd started on -15 points, as Hearts did last year, we'd still be ahead of County after 7 games each!

Celtic are appealing as they feel that Aaron Dorans registration may have lapsed.
Nah - he was put on the scales on Saturday morning, and definitely registered.

I checked today and the dimensions I was given previously were meters written as yards....the tape has it at just over 61 meters (about 67 yards).
I worked it out on a pitch size of 115yds x 74yds, which would make it about 68.4 to the flag. I must have overestimated the couple of yards I allowed for "just off".
I'd still need to be carried a minimum of 39yds to the tunnel.

Distance is from centre spot to just off the pitch at the North East corner of the park.
So, a kick that's over 70 yards, and you say "...if you score, you walk away with £100 Cash!!!" - "walk away" - not awfully likely really. £100 wouldn't even cover the vet's bill!

Just for clarity ..... sponsoring a home top is the only way you get a strip...
Do you take it all off?

Try it with some fava beans and a nice chianti!

Do you think Ross County had all these arguments twenty years after their merger?
1949 rationing meant they were only permitted an hour every week on the internet. Anyway, they were only allowed them to mention the war, not the merger.

But welcome to the club Ryan. Don't be fooled by the first day jape of locating the Subway in Harbour Road - go for the tartan paint instead - it's easier to find!

Yes, that's the 50-year-old trialist in question.
This guy?

I made a special trip to Tesco earlier. I had reached for a bottle of whisky to pour a drink to Terry and his achievements this season, then realised I needed a bottle of Crabbie's.
I now raise my (xth) green-tinged glass of whisky mac to next year's Edinburgh derbies.
Just to clarify my position (to Terry):
(pre-Butcher) Ship jumpers: That's life - I've spoken to OTJ since he left, I still think he's a good man, and I likely always will.
(post-Butcher) Ship jumpers: Malpas and Marsella - no hard feelings - i hope all goes well for you in the future.
(Butcher): If only you'd not been having a jolly with your future employers on 9th November 2013, while pretending you still hadn't decided, I and many others would wish you all the best. However, the reality of what you did that afternoon makes us all rejoice at your current plight. I briefly felt sympathy for you when I saw your picture during the penalties earlier, and then I remembered how you shat on us. South American team to win the World Cup? Argentina for me.

Is there any other country in the world where the capital city doesn't have a team in the top flight?
Malta? Valletta may be champions, but they play at Ta' Qali stadium, over 5 miles from the capital.
The big comparison for me is last night, when Madrid played Madrid in the Champion's League Final.

Mahonio's dead?!
Rest in Peace, Thurso's prince
It's difficult to be sure. I thought he'd just left us... repeatedly.
Anyway, in that case:

I think this thread should run forever in memory of Mahonio.

I have an "acquaintance" with limited social skills, and a form of typed Tourette's syndrome. As a result, he is ******* looking for work in the ******* hospitality industry; possibly behind a ******* bar. Any ******* suggestions welcome.
NB - Don't worry if he says on a whim that he's resigning. He'll be back before anyone else is.

Was it Lionel Djebi-Zadi, with one of his trademark bicycle kicks from 55 yards?

That'll be the end of this thread then, for this season anyway!
Keep it going, just move it to other football :-)
