I wholeheartedly agree that every fan of ICT and Aberdeen should be at this game and I agree there hasn't been any trouble between our fans. Pre match, most of the ICT fans go into Caledonian golf club where the majority of Dons fans are in and we are treated very good but where this game is concerned I just don't agree that neither sets of fans should be housed above the other. Why? Like you say there has never been any trouble between the fans. The stewards would have no problem seeing people throwing things down.Plenty of teams in England put away fans in the top tier, home fans in the bottom, in fact it used to happen at Ibrox. Would look great for sponsor's,TV etc if we have one of our National cup final with an upper deck of empty seats, not to think of the potential lost revenue to both clubs.Is the upper tier not an extra 5000 odd seats x £25 it's a lot of lost money for both clubs. As I said in my first post, it's a possibility that it may happen and of course it's not guaranteed. I appreciate that it would look good on the television and we would get revenue for filling the ground. I want Celtic Park sold out as much as the next guy but it's more the fact of their previous at Tynecastle that gives you a niggling doubt - it only takes one person.

Correct. The problem is that they're going to be looking for more than 40K which is going to be interesting how that gets dealt with.

That's fantastic to hear that we have nearly sold our allocation out, hopefully we can go the step further and try and sell some of the upper tier of the LL stand. I noticed on the allocation map of Celtic Park it has the upper tier of the corner where the Goon Brigade usually are located empty, unless Aberdeen have sold that too? I am astonished that Aberdeen have got 40K fans come out the woodwork for this game. I had my doubts about Celtic Park hosting this game but the way things have panned out, the atmosphere is going to be superb!

Given that we are still some way from selling out our initial allocation despite being on general sale for over a week, we can't really complain if the Dons are now given the upper tier which had previously been provisionally reserved for us. Better that and generating revenue for both clubs than sitting empty with some Aberdeen fans either buying ICT tickets or missing out altogether. I don't have a problem with them getting extra tickets for the game as you said it's more revenue for the club which I can't dispute that but the point I am making is that if they were given the upper tier of the Lisbon Lions stand then it just leaves the possibility of things being thrown down on us - just take the Neil Lennon example at Tynecastle. If Aberdeen fans need more tickets then the SPFL should give them the usual away end.

From what I read on Twitter yesterday that Aberdeen had sold 37K and I haven't seen a recent update of sales but supposedly Aberdeen are only getting 40K tickets and can't go over that due to police restrictions so it makes sense that they would be buying from ICT. Fair enough they could get the upper tier of the Lisbon Lions but I would rather their fans weren't above us.

Game today with Hibernian U20 has been postponed. That is now the 3rd week in a row of postponements.

Next U20 game is next Tuesday vs Hibernian at the Highland Football Academy in Dingwall. 2pm KO.

I thought it was quite good when we had Flybe as sponsors but doubt we'd get something similar if they're buggering off from Inverness.

According to Tyrone Smith of STV Orion Group have confirmed that they are not renewing the kit sponsorship deal past this season. I think with the way that the team are playing at the moment and I am sure that the club stature has increased in the last couple of years, maybe we can get a better deal? Thoughts?

Have to agree about substitutions since Yogi has arrived. We seem to be rotating it a lot more and giving players some game time more so than we did when Butcher was here. I thought yesterday Yogi got it spot on, we were starting to lack up front in the second half and sit back which Yogi brings on a fresh Marley Watkins and we go 3 up which could've been more to be honest. Nick Ross and Carl Tremarco coming on too was a great move especially Tremarco going to LB keeping the back four fresh to see the game out. It just makes me wonder what would have happened if Toby Agdestein stayed just that wee bit longer. I have to agree with the statement about Daniel Devine getting game time before the final.

Tonight's U20 Highland Derby has been postponed.

Just back from Dingwall and what a superb night out it was. We absolutely battered County from the off and defensively County looked a shambles. Richie Foran was absolutely outstanding tonight and Marley Watkins goal was superb aswell!

because D&E probably can only give us 10. Not forgetting that Aberdeen fans will have supporters buses from Inverness too. If we had to get more buses then we'd have to hire from lower in Scotland which would be costly.

Agree with this AJS. I think that Ross Draper should be our main priority and from what I heard I think he will be signing a contract soon. Ben Greenhalgh I would like to stay with us for a least another year and maybe put him out on loan for the first half of next season so that he gains first team experience and toughen him up for the level above because I find that he is a bit too lightweight for the league. Conor Pepper, Matthew Cooper, Adam Evans, Cameron Mackay are ones I would like us to hold onto and I regularly watch the home games of U20 so my opinion is based on that.
