  1. Two great occasions to score, before half time and with couple of minutes to go. Thoroughly deserved win with the fighting spirit shown, yep looked like we had thrown it away with the pen but justice was done. Well done guys
  2. Good to see a striker actually run the channels and put himself about a bit. Yep would have preferred 3 pts but keep the spirit we showed in 2nd half and we should turn the corner.
  3. Have to agree quite shocking, to little to late and how Vigurs was MOM baffles me. How Mulraney gets on and Billy King can't again baffling. Saturday just got a whole lot more of a squeaky bum type of game.
  4. Referee was absolutely shocking, worst for many a long time. Should of grabbed the 3 pts but the bit of luck we needed wasn't there. Bit more positive though.
  5. 3 excellently taken goals but disappointed to concede 3. Should have really got the win but I would have taken the draw before hand.
  6. Too many players just never turned up today, we stole a point. Would like to see a wee shake up for next game, Fisher & Doran to start.
  7. OFW outstanding display, yep we rode our luck but great determination to keep fighting for 90 mins and a valuable point gained
  8. Superb performance, really enjoying the attacking style
  9. Nice to see a more attacking side to the team, new signings look positive when they settle fully into the team. McNaughton reads the game very well and will be an asset. I'd like to see at least another forward be brought in for more cutting edge up front. On the whole happy enough for the first home game.
  10. Real shocking news, thoughts are with his family
  11. Nae much to get excited about in first half, but totally different in the second. Good goals, great weather at the stadium, Dave got a wee run out and some young uns got boots or shirts to make there day. As previous have said all behind the scenes need to pull together to move forward. We were never going to have the highs of the previous season. To be in top 6 yes would have been good but I'll take where we eventually finished rather than being in Killies situation. Lets crack on and do it better next season with hopefully some new faces.
  12. It was a mirror image of quite a few home games this season, too little too late. By the time the fight back kicked in the game was gone. Totally agree about Josh getting back to centre back, but unfortunately don't hold out much hope on the Dave the Rave front. Interesting to see ins & outs but nae getting overly excited yet!!! Let's do it all again next season but with a big improvement.
  13. Yes it was more than chilly and the haggis pies weren't that hot but against a Hearts team that's been playing pretty well, I'll take the point thanks.
  14. As per frequent displays this season, too little to late. I await the recruitment for next season with great interest. Och well can we be so poor again on Tuesday?
  15. Great performance by all yesterday, not a weak link in the team. Standouts for me Storey, Tansey & Polworth and the fans. This was definitely needed after recent results/ performances. Cheers lads
  16. 2 cracking goals, the rest was pretty woeful, good to see RIchie & Roberts get a wee run out. Credit to all us Brass Monkeys that braved the Tropical conditions.
  17. Good result, happy on the whole, thought the defence played better but still room for improvement and the team in general cutting out some of the slack passing. Again Storey put in a good shift along with Draper & Tansey. 3pts in the New Year Derby yes I'll take that thanks very much
  18. Poor performance generally and yes Horner was exposed time after time, Raven didn't get a sniff so what's that all about? Then when we are chasing the game Tremarco is brought on, I'd like to see Silva get a decent run out as Mutombo has continually shown nothing really. It can only get better !!!!!
  19. Some excellent passing early doors and thought Polworth put in a great shift. Good to see a decent sized squad at the warm up and a full bench, things on the up. Another 3pts next week please!
  20. Poor defending for all 3 goals, Devine backed of far to much at first, cross not stopped at second and no on tight on Griffiths and 3rd was Keystone Cops defending. Like others thought we did ok initially but showed them to much respect, that's a poor Celtic team and we should have been more than capable of at least a draw.
  21. Two shocking home performances on the bounce, surely it won't be three?
  22. Very poor throughout the team, no creativity shown by anyone. Not great to take the advantage over 10 men either, we got what that performance deserved - nothing. Hopefully we can't be as bad on Tuesday and 1 or 2 injuries have healed up.
  23. Totally agree with previous posts, Storey is a great find and was outstanding against County, early doors some nice football being played by the team. .Chuffed for Polworth thought he had a great game and building in confidence. Fon Williams again some first class saves and a real team performance throughout. Top performance by the fans, 'Twist &Shout' never sounded so good.
  24. Totally dominated the first half and should of scored a few more. Defended well in the second half as they threw everything at us. Owain had some cracking saves and young Ryan deserved the MOM. Whole team really dug on well, cheers lads roll on next week.
  25. Great to get the win, not a classic and plenty work to do but vast improvement for all to see. Storey looks like he'll be an asset up front and Silva looks a handful. Good to see the treatment room slowly emptying, Meekings bit rusty first half but expected. Thought Vigurs had a good game when he came on and happy with Draper back in his preferred position. It was never in doubt, we would turn the corner
