Just making the point that there's some people on this site who won't see a bad word said about certain people at the club because they are buddies and not because they think that person is actually benefiting ICT. In much the same manner as certain people only have jobs/positions at the club because of who they know and not because of what they know or what they can do. I suppose you can count me in as a long term griper then, even if I never had a gripe last week. Firstly I missed the game so it would be unfair to complain, and secondly I was too depressed to bother, as it's all been said before. I hope I've given a bit of credit earlier on tonight. Today - well, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Even though we have a somewhat limited squad of players (and I don't mean size of pool) I would take that kind of fight (and passing the ball) every week even if we didn't win. For you Ralph to expect people like me to turn around and say everything is now rosy is complete bollocks. The last time I saw the team fired up and playing like that was on August 9th. I don't think winning at Falkirk was in the same class, and I missed the Killie game. So far that's two high points in my season. Brewster's had well over a year, second time around, so you'll forgive me if I look for a bit more consistency. Never did i say its all rosy ! I agree with you on many points and yes you've given plenty credit and not spewed some of the crap others have

A bit of pot/kettle there Ralph !!!! You didnt like the reaction of those fans calling for Brewster's head after last week's debacle yet feel quite happy rubbing their noses in it after a result that many of the same people have acknowledged as far better. Bottom line, last week was a farce, this week was good .... most of us just wish there was some consistency somewhere in-between those two extremes. Until that happens, CB will struggle to win many of us over (or back in the case of some who backed him until last week). Scotty, sorry no pot/kettle from me, i've not seen any of last weeks gripers giving credit yet. Yngwie, your post is spot on mate !!

First hour and a half on the site following a good win compared to last weeks bad defeat followed by lots of hysteria and ridiculous crap being spouted, mmmm. Maybe it should be the other way round, then again maybe all the moaners were expecting a win today and are just getting ready for their Saturday nights out, then again all their PC's might have broken down

Very surprised nobody has been critical of Craig Gordon, i thought he had a shocker and we were lucky that he didn't cost us. He lumped it up the park for the first hour constantly giving possesion to Norway when short kicks would have been better employed, he was very lucky with the save that he parried in the first half straight to the strikers feet and he completely missed two cross balls in the second half that were lucky not to be punished. He's a great shot stopper but McGregor would get my vote before him every time !

An improvement on what ?

After 8 games ICT are the only team outside the filth brothers to have a plus goal difference !! I think there will be a few teams that will be worried this year, at the moment 3rd to last place is only 2 wins apart. It's a certainty there will be ups and downs but it will be about January before the picture becomes clearer
