  1. In today's Daily Record that Griffiths is signing for Wolves and then they are loaning him straight away to St. Johnstone.
  2. Although my club is for ten teams I am vehemently opposed to it! As are the vast majority of ordinary fans in this country. I want 16 possibly even 18 teams. There are too many leagues in Scotland all together for a country with 5 million people!
  3. The funny thing is I had a good look at the pics and when I seen this character I had a real strong feeling this was IHE! Straight up!
  4. I was waiting to see who would be the first to post that! By the way, you share your birthday with me! I had a peek at your profile! I was born the very day John Lennon was shot!
  5. Id be in fits of laughter too. Pah! I take it he's a well known character? Every club has them. Remember the piper that used to follow Saints? He used to take his pipes into various grounds and play amongst the fans. Soccer AM got him on their show. He has learning difficulties and that ******** Tim Lovejoy knew this and ridiculed him to pieces live on air. It was a shame.
  6. This guy had a big Rambo perm and an awful kilt. He came in with a lady(asssuming it was his wife) then was joined at the table by two more punters. http://www.caleyjags...tone/index.html There you go, where's Wally? And deff not IHE as going by those pics he was kilt less on sun! Picture 47 down at the bottom right. That's definitely him! You can see his bare knee sticking out.

  8. Methinks that Bob secretly wants to be a Sneck fan. That was the team when Saints played Caley at Telford St. and Caley earned a replay. My dad took me to the first game. It's funny because just a year ago I was seeing an Inverness lass and her dad ran me in the car to Telford St. to show me what it was now. A LIDL I think? Yep, but its a big LIDL A big one! You had to throw that one in there! You've given me a giggle. I'll give you that! Fair play to you. For the record, I was in no way slagging anybody for selling to LIDL. I just wasn't sure if it was one or not.

  10. McRitchie, Mann, McAllister, Hercher, Taylor, Andrew, Mitchell, Lisle, Urquhart, Christie, Robertson.
  11. These songs are chosen on the We Are Perth website. The tannoy man takes requests. Usually depends on the team we are playing.
  12. Laura? I know a huge fan of Caley called Laura. Not a policewoman is she?
  13. Brilliant post. Hard to disagree with any of this. Perth does seem to be the worst experience in Scottish fitba' concerning policing and stewarding. I must say that when I have visited your ground I have been treated very fairly. We have had to deal with the over zealous attributes of Perth police for years. Sending a copy of your post to our local paper will achieve nothing though as one poster has asked you to do. There have been many letters sent off throughout the years and even meetings have been held between the club and Tayside police, but sadly to no avail. On a more recent note and contrary to what another forumer has just said I actually found Easter Road to be pleasant and enjoyable. I found that common sense did prevail there.
  14. I'd rather be a Northerner than a poofy Southerner! (aka, a Southern Softy!)
  15. My ex wife comes 3 miles from Hellgin.
  16. Surely you're not telling me that Rambo is the Immortal Howden Ender? Nah, I don't believe that for a minute. This guy looked really wooden! The IHE comes across as daft but quite a laugh!
  17. I thought everyone from Sneckie was a public servant? Seeing as it just does tourism.
  18. He was still in the pub I was in at ten o' clock!
  19. The 3rd? Are you sure?
  20. I swear this is a genuine question. He came into my pub, The Royal in the city centre after the game. The amount of time he spent in there would have put paid to travelling back to Inverness that same night. Perhaps he stays in Perth or was in a hotel overnight? I just wanted to know as he was amusing the pub's regulars with his outlandish attire. Don't get me wrong, I am all for our national dress but this guy just looked really silly!
  21. I would know how that feels in a strange place. 6 years ago the same happened to me during a Caley, Saints game. The worst thing was it was a holiday Monday and I was the last guy to be taken on the Tuesday at the Castle! My wife at the time went spare!
  22. Probably because: 1) He's not home yet. 2) He's still stunned after all the pish you spouted about the car parks being clear of snow and ice. The car park was and is clear of snow and ice! Well, I and a number of others must have been directed to park our cars somewhere else then. Tesco's car park was clear - are you getting confused with that one? On second thoughts, maybe you just like to argue. The ice in McDiarmid car park was at the side of the parking areas. Exactly what I had said.
  23. Who was the guy in your end today with the kilt on? It was black and white tartan and for a moment I thought it was St. Mirren we were playing. In-fact it could've easily been a Paisley Pattern! He came into my local pub in the city centre after the game with I am assuming his wife and looked a total tit! Everybody in the pub were wetting theirselves laughing at this guy. Obviously I say a poor man's Rambo because he has the haircut but no bandana! Is he for real?
  24. Yes, well at least our support originates from Perth and not all the English white settling families that have settled in Inverness the last few years! Especially those that enjoy their tartan blankets and flasks of soup! Oooooh, how very Scottish fitba'esque!
  25. Probably because: 1) He's not home yet. 2) He's still stunned after all the pish you spouted about the car parks being clear of snow and ice. The car park was and is clear of snow and ice!
