    Odhiambo

I found this on Sky's website My link Odi described as "former ICT player" and his agent saying there is quite a bit of interest from league One sides in England with one having made an offer.
  2. Terry Gornell 49 Matches, 13 goals, 11 assists, not too bad a record for last season. Accrington Stanley fan forum. Hoping Foran and Hayes can provide the service to unleash a scoring machine.
  3. Relax and think about things, Rooney has to make sure he does what is best for himself, he needs to keep any interested clubs happy. If he comes out and says goodbye to the Inverness fans he risks having the dorr shut on signing for us if no better offers crop up, if he openly says that he is considering an offer anywhere he risks putting other clubs off coming in for him, if he is in talks with another club they may have asked him to be quiet on the matter so talks go more smoothly. TB likes to opperate in the transfer market quietly and has been commended for that, I am sure many other managers and clubs feel this is the best way to proceed also, not everyone does their transfer business in the Sun and Record like the old firm.

  5. I like that thinking, green dot for that.
  6. If this is the case then surely the likes of the Faroese and Greenland teams are at risk, both of these are constituent countries like Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England. Although Greenland have not yet been accepted into FIFA Sepp Blatter himself has sent a precedent by visiting the park in Qaqortoq and approving the pitch for international matches, the first step towards acceptance as a member of FIFA. If FIFA are in the process of accepting a consituent country of Denmark then they do not have much of an argument for making other constituent countries play under the nationality of the larger entity, especially as two of the countries are founders of the international game.
  7. TB has been on STV news backing a GB team for the 2012 olympics saying "If it's good enough for the athletes to be in Team GB, from any nationality, then it should be good enough for the footballers" I have to agree with him in a way, I know this will be a controversial viewpoint here but if you think about it athletes represent both nations, Scotland at commonwealth games level and GB at olympic level and in Rugby players represent Scotland at 6 nations and World cup levels and GB (the British Lions) at test level, why can't we have a British team at a lower international level? The olympics football competition is made up of teams of a majority of under 23 y/o players and is not under FIFA jurisdiction so where is the problem? http://sport.stv.tv/...ons-on-team-gb/

    Horse tip.

If they did then I apologise, but gambling is a risk. Watched the race, Nally Dancer must have been doing an Irish f*cking jig before he decided to join the others. Ach well it was only my skag money that went down the drain.
  9. It all seems a bit childish, I had assumed it was a fan of County when I read the earlier posts but now it would seem it was an ICT fan.
  10. Live text from conference here... http://www.swindonad...ess_conference/ Not quite match update but it's better than tennis :P
  11. cool, it would have been a good choice to have one of our higher rated players sponsored, I think it's a good thing to support the local youngsters so maybe it's serendipitous that the deadline was missed.
  12. I see, looking at the sponsorship winners thread, that Johnny Hayes' away shirt was one of the prizes this year. How come the site never had a "first dibs" on continuing that sponsorship?
  13. I think talk of disrespect is a bit harsh, when Rooney joined us he joined for a set period of his time for which he has been paid, after that he becomes a free agent. He is no longer an employee of ICT and therefore is under no obligation to keep anyone at the club informed of his plans, especially the fans. I think if anyone is being disrespectful it is some fans, although I understand the frustration which causes certain people to become disrespectful, who cannot seem to comprehend that Adam Rooney has served the club to the best of his ability and now has a huge decision to make with regards to his career. Good luck to Adam in his choice of future club, I'd love it to be us but if it is not thank you for the goals.
  14. If we vote in the poll are we able to alter them at a later date? If not then perhaps it is too early to be voting, there is an option for "incoming players" but we have no idea who might be coming in. One prime example being Adam Rooney, since he is a free agent atm I doubt the club would have offered out his sponsorship options so it is possible that if he signs then the website could miss out on the opportunity of showing our appreciation to him because some folks have already used their vote on someone else thinking that Rooney's sponsorship was not available.
  15. Agree with Morrison and Sutherland but the old guard, Rossco, could be recognised by this site too. It would be a nice touch if the winners of the previous season's sponsorship items could have their names used as sponsors then everyone gets a chance to have their names in the program for next year. I will buy a share when i get a paypal acc sorted out.

    Horse tip.

I assume this forum is not just for football bets? I got a tip last summer about a horse named "Nally Dancer", the horse was to be run three times after the tip was given and do nothing then it was to be trained up and is expected to do well in it's next race. The three outings since I was given the tip have passed and it runs tonight in the 7.20 at Down Royal, odds were 16/1 when I stuck my money on this morning. I have ?5 win and a ?5 e/w on it.
  18. I thought we had gotten over the whole merger rubbish, a wee bit young to remember the bad feeling but old enough to remember HL matches involving either side (or both even)
  19. Too similar to red and blue verticals.
  20. You are both misinformed, the judgement happened we just never noticed it. http://newsfeed.time.com/2011/05/24/harold-camping-judgment-day-did-actually-happen-saturday/
  21. Can someone translate this post for me please ? http://mybigmonkey.com/gibberish/
  22. Roy McBain on his way to Formartine apparently, I work for the official Highland League website and my boss, a usually reliable source, has told me he's been strongly linked with Formartine. You mean people actually work for that website. I always thought it was unmanned being as it takes three days to get the weekend results up. Mind you, if your boss is so far behind the times then I can see why the results would be. Meeeaaaaiioooow
  23. Seven players listed as out of contract yet only one has a question mark in the signed up or moving on column, do the administrators of this website know something we don't? Is there a wee hint at good news in the opening post, a mystery, to be sure!
