Great news for the fans who Believe
It looks like he has spotted something, a bear has caught a Salmon and it looks like its got a tag on its tail. Scottys away like a rat up a drain pipe, running along the river bank, he leaps, hes going for the flying headbut approach.

Wyness101. is the winner of the pennant. I will announce the star prize of the coveted cup final top signed by the players in a few hours when I get home. Just to make the final draw more interesting we have Skype set up with Scotty. 25 identity tags with all the entrants names will be attached to 25 Wild Salmon. they will be released into a Canadian river and the 1st Grissly Bear to lift one out of the river will be announced the winner, all Scotty has to do is take the salmon from the hungry bear and show the tag to the web cam. Im not sure if this will be done with force or by distraction, IE asking the bear what they thought of the merger or have they read Charles Bannermans book. etc Back in a few hours.

Merger Talk
Well thank goodness two good pedigree clubs merged from Inverness. 2 single entities doing their own thing, get married and go from strength to strength. Its not the death of a club more of a marriage. Maybe it would be good to have a wall of fame with the seperate clubs, progression through the years right up to present date. A bit like putting the family photos up on the wall. Could you imagine if it was with a club further afield, Victoria Pk may have been our home stadium.

Its always about football Davie and always leads back to it. Of course it seems Wooly as I have revealed nothing. I would want to improve things for an outlay of 1 full paying adult over 3 yrs but thats not my call. Its all about lifting the spirits to give the fans a voice to get behind the team, they are valued customers after all and its the fans that create the atmosphere. Our club sells/sold an ICT Babies bib to fit a 15'' neck and a sleep suit that you wouldnt give to charity from new as the quality is so poor, where as an ICT babies sun visor would stay on a car windscreen for years, there are a few other things that could be looked into a little deeper and its Promoting the club. Ideas should never be mocked, for instance CJT moved into the bar and started increasing the numbers of their members instantly, it would be even better if CJT openly encouraged and promoted regional supporters clubs being set up. Increasing the regional fan base and making them feel part of it. Getting funding to make it a community pitch throws up more questions than answers, would you want the public to use the players changing rooms? where do they park ? do you alter the car park,? what sections do you lock off ? do you turn the bar area into a cafe? who moves in ? what do they sell ? who collects the football money? Where are the entry points? how much do the floods lights cost to run? how much does it cost to keep the stadium open at nights? are there changing and showering facilities for men and women? what about disabled access? It may even remain private and perhaps a cheaper install could be arranged from a company from outwith the UK. If the chairman states that they could perhaps use pitches that havent been built yet when the distibutor road is completed, then it does sound more like one for the back burner. If the club want to move in that direction then Im all for it but everything has a cost.

We don't really know what weight is behind the concept. I can just imagine the media asking the question solely based on Hamilton joining the SPFL and they get a reply. We could also train at a facility that not only isn't built but isn't even at the planning stage. The cost is also a sticking point. I would rather spend a small amount of money on improving the match day experience and not only catching up with other SPFL clubs but exceeding them, not in size but overtaking them with creativity and vision. The traditionalists will say we are a football club and the enjoyment is solely down to what 11 players can do. Well 2nd in the league didn't bring them in, £10 for a Scottish cup QF didn't bring them in, even free tickets for a ST buddy didn't bring them in. We need fresh ideas to brighten up spaces, so the heart races and enlighten faces. We need fresh ideas to feed the sole, to aim for a goal with a bit of rock and roll. We need fresh ideas to scream and shout and let it all out, that's what its all about. We need fresh ideas to come together, to embrace the weather and give them hell for leather. We need fresh ideas. We need fresh ideas. Welcome to the ICT Experience.

New Home Shirt 2014-15
We had concerns about how the Subway logo would it blend in with the strip, then people start thinking hmm it doesn't look that bad with red and Blue. Sponsors front back and on shorts, what if it all looks ok, wouldn't it be better to hold judgement until you actually see it. I think the club have done well to negotiate extra revenue for ICT.

New Home Shirt 2014-15
I would still hold off judging until I see it on the players

Volunteer Car Boot Sale Staff required.
Kenny mentioned that, an extra pair of hands or two would be really good for the Sunday car boot Sale. All revenue goes straight back to the community development charity. The chairman, staff and partners currently take their turn on a voluntary basis to maximise profit, so extra help for a couple of hours on a Sunday would be really handy. There is also a second option. You could always have a clear out, give £10 to the charity, sell your gear at the car boot sale and raise some money for a new shirt.

Volunteer bar staff required
Thanks for the PM Im sure you will be greatly appreciated, any other volunteers out there.

New Home Shirt 2014-15
Its still around 2 months till the start of the season, putting the extra revenue aside from 3 sponsors, it might even look pretty good. I was told that the shirt soon to be replaced has also been the best seller to date. As for the ICT commercial dept I believe they have a few aces up their sleeve on top of what they are currently doing. If theres someone to blame look towards the SPFL, whos sponsoring that league ?

Regarding funding perhaps the bank of Caley Thistle could be set up. If a credit card can be issued where money goes towards your football club. Then what about peer to peer lending where say a 2% interest rate could be arranged and be set for 3years or 5 years at 3% The £400,000 loan would only cost the club £8,000 to 12,000 pa. The club would only have to find £92,000 a year for 5 years to pay for it outright. It really depends on how long the surface is going to last for and whats Tommy going to do for a living.
