  1. I always thougt it was a card game and the castle was a symbol of the towering strength of ones self
  2. Its no longer on eticketing but this time last night we were 4 bottom rows short (in the final block)of selling out all of the lower tier So expect to see at least 500 600 fans more than the County match and more are expected to turn up on the day.
  3. I would imagine all Longman traffic which usually passes Moray firth Maltings and then goes A9 South will be diverted past the stadium and on to the new A9 slip road. When the bridge work commences. Any ideas for making the most of this new passing trade ?
  4. Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill hopes Billy McKay can carry his form onto the international stage when Northern Ireland travel to Malta. Regular striker Kyle Lafferty is suspended for the next World Cup qualifier against Russia in March so has been left out of the squad for the friendly at the Ta'Qali National Stadium on February 6. Inverness are providing the sternest challenge to Celtic in the Scottish Premier League and McKay is the division's leading goalscorer. The 24-year-old is now in line to win his first senior cap, and O'Neill said: "Kyle has started all the qualifying games so we have to look at our options. Billy has been very good for Inverness this season, he's scored 20 goals. "They're riding high in the SPL and we're delighted with the form he's in. I'm keen to get him involved. There's an opportunity there for all of the lads."
  5. Billy Mckays been given another international callup, hes away to Malta. Well done Billy. Had you all going there suckers
  6. Will try and get some footage for you Scarlet.
  7. Can the title be edited as I used to arrive late as Im sure we could have a good debate about people arriving late. Or perhaps some are offended by people arriving early.
  8. Put a bit of weight on Alex?? Next youll be asking Old Caley Girl if she has really long legs. (sitting in row M and N)
  9. Just looking for some frugal advice, If you pay to get in and remain seated for the following fortnight, would you get to watch the next game free as technically you haven't left after the first match.
  10. What about the 1800 to 1900 season ticket holders that provide money to the club each year and give money direct to OUR club. Do you not care about them going? ( by the way I go home and away) Why are these people choosing this game as one to attend? Because its a cup semi with the chance of profession to a final (which is of course a massive achievement for us) My issue is where were they when it was a baltic day in Perth or when we battled back from 3 nil down at Tannadice. There are people travelling huge distances to this game because they recognise it as potentially an historic occasion and I respect that. But if we assume all the regular away fans are ST holders then there are 1600+ others who do not regularly travel away and I have to question why. Ha Ha Ha. I would be delighted if this was a first ever game for many Inverness locals who wanted to come along and see what all the fuss was about and fill up the famous five stand, its the future and the way forward, whereas you would rather repel them all and keep it at 100
  11. Im just looking forward to the biggest Caley Jags Away day in years.
  12. 11 years to the day this Saturday how about that for a good omen !!!
  13. Im assuming 20-25 mins, I checked google maps in the past and think it was 1.2 miles from the station, just slightly over the distance as from town to the front of TCS stadium As for its not the Scottish cup shoite, any professional footballer at any club in Scotland who has been knocked out of this cup would gladly change places with us any day of the week. fact. Im going to have a great day out this coming Saturday regardless of turnout, we'll out sing them anyway with what weve got.
  14. Foran says 'Hayes, your not famous anymore'
  15. Collected my tickets today and we are down to the last block on the bottom tier I think there is still a couple of hundred for sale as the etickets have seats for row N forward. the bottom tier holds 2149 so it would be great fill that for an away game It would be even better to fill up the top one too and we only need 1609 more locals to do that. 10 buses going down so far including private hires lets get a dozen buses going down. only £14 return
  16. He is well aware of us beating Celtic, its just he didnt want to highlight, that the team that hes playing next weekend beat them. When asked about the gulf in class between Celtic and Hearts he highlighted that "Kilmarnock have beaten Celtic here, St Johnstone have taken points off Celtic here"
  17. What a great team performance, Im really delighted with the players we have this season and cant wait for the Caley Jags Away day next Saturday. Just like the last match against the Dons, we opened them up at the back time and time again. ps welcome back Meekings
  18. 6TH MINUTE APPLAUSE ? If you want something to work let people know about it.
  19. A weather update for the traveling fans its sunny in Inverness with a very light dusting of snow. There has been no mention of a pitch inspection and no requests for help regarding clearing snow by ICT Thank goodness this match is between 2 Northern clubs who are used to traveling
  20. Have you got a link as to what your talking about Im assuming the A96 is white
  21. http://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/Article.aspx/3087562 One less to worry about
  22. I wish him well getting a job, its always going to be difficult breaking in to a team who are the highest goal scorers in the league As for A Shinnie, for as long as hes wearing and playing for the ICT shirt then I am 100% behind the loon.
  23. Ive got better stats- 27 th November, Aberdeen 2-3 ICT Att 9193 Caley Jags away 200 ? Those couple of hundred out sung the the Red army and ridiculed the home fans, with the likes of 'dressed you your mother' ICT cut through them time and time again, for those not at the game, only scoring 3 goals was being kind. Their defense froze in the latter stages of the game, the Latin term for this is Arseo Collapseo.
  24. Does Sports mole carry any weight ? Ive edited this as its only relaying a sky sports story http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/12691/8399275/Bournemouth-understood-to-have-agreed-fee-for-Aberdeen-s-Ryan-Fraser We will give the Dons a hard time anyway but I wonder if Bournemouth will want him before or after hes kicked about our pitch?
