  1. Watching my second team from Sunny Buckingham on BBC Scotland Wishing you all luck on this special day in your history. Go stick it to them!
  2. Good luck to the Boys In Blue later today. We shall be watching from down south and cheering you all on! Stay safe on the roads, and enjoy your awesome day! Gary and Sue, the Watford guys
  3. To watch BBC Scotland I have tried retuning my TV to tell it I am up there.. it doesn't work on freeview as it picks the signal up from a local transmitter. I have watched BBC Scotland via my sky box though but its not in HD. Have also tried watching via BBCi stream, but for some reason, it knows I live in England and wont allow BBC Scotland... For me at least, unless someone else knows different, its only available via Sky boxes
  4. Watching from Buckingham on BT Sport and cheering the boys on
  5. Means I can watch my second team! Wearing my blue and red and white scarf cheering on The Pride Of The Highlands from deepest darkest Buckingham
  6. My hapless team has now gone 9 games without a win.. and 5 games at home without one... If it wasn't for the 1200 mile round trip I would be up there with you lot this weekend rather than watch the **** I have had to endure the last few weeks Still loving the results and the memories of our visit to you guys back in September
  7. This happens every season as all FA Cup semi finals are now played at Wembley.. a pig of a ground to get to and get away from.. Last year Wigan reached the semi and had a Sunday kick off at 4pm I think, which meant that the fans would have to leave at half time to get home on the train!
  8. And if you get a chance to go to a match, it is highly recommended. As a visiting fan from Watford, I was made to feel very welcome and Caley Thistle is now my second team. I believe I have a replica shirt coming my way from Father Xmas too that I will be able to wear with pride to my beloved Watford
  9. Gosh that looked dire on the TV.. but a win is a win as they say... Brilliant record for the team at the top!
  10. He runs down the wing for me.. Iketchi.. Iketchi Anya he runs down the wing for me .. do do dooo do
  11. And one of Watford's Finest Italian Imports scored on his debut!
  12. My TV is already set for the ALBA game!
  13. Tomorrow I shall be in attendance at The Vic and I am obviously looking forward to seeing my team again. We shall if course have an ear tuned to the radio to catch up on our second team... and my tv is programed to recotd Alba from 5.30 Good luck tomorrow, safe journey to Killie if you are travelling and "COYC's
  14. I had more fun last weekend watching ICT than I did listening on the way back home tonight to the dross that Enger land dished up tonight. And that's from a proud Englishman who wears his country's flag as a tattoo on his arm! Many thanks to all you said hello around the ground and within.. even the Hearts fans were pleasant before and after. And thanks to Davie for coming and finding us to say hello, and thanks to IHE for shouting out to us and calling out to Sue! Shame you weren't wearing a kilt! I shall still use this forum as a new long distance fan.. I cant wait to come again and see your brilliant Boys In Blue!
  15. Love the Gypsy reference.. That's what we call the gypos from Luton!
  16. From possibly your newest supporter 1 Where were you born? London 2.Where did you your childhood? Camberley in Surrey 3 When did you start following football in Inverness? Caley v Hearts 31st August 2013 4 What is you current location? Buckingham, England

Caley Thistle, The Boys In Blue Caley Thistle We Love You What's the rest and how does it go properly Good luck for the rest of the season... I shall be nagging my local to put you on when on the box from now on! Much love for my second team.. gary
  18. I noticed a bus outside on the A9 that didnt move for nearly 20 mins going towards the roundabout. I just thought there might have been an accident until the missus pointed out we had sat at the traffic lights coming the other way for 10 mins on our way into the ground.
  19. My 15yr old daughters season ticket costs £60 and we sit in the main home support end. I believe, but cant be fully sure, but if we were to sit in the family stand at Watford, we could get the second adult ticket cheaper. Watford also do about 4 or 5 family days where kids go for a quid in all parts of the ground, generally against a less fancied side. It normally fills the ground out. The best thing though is that you see the kids coming into the ground with club merchandise, new shirts, new scarfs, bobble hats and things, so Im pretty sure the club makes up the shortfall in ticket prices. Another thing Watford do is give tickets to schools and clubs. They do this by sending the first team players to the local schools and get them to help with the PE lessons etc etc, and then hand out tickets too. Its all serious PR with them, hence the "family" club image we have.
  20. Really enjoyed my first taste of Scottish football today. If you watch that every week, your pretty lucky! Shame ICT couldnt finish the game off though and score more. In the Championship, which I watch every week, a two goal lead is the worst kind as it can soon disappear. many a time I have sat and wondered where our dominanant 2-0 first half performance has gone, as the opposition claw back a draw! I firmly believe Watford missed out on promotion last year through not pressing home the advantage. Good luck to you all, as previous guys have said, get down and support your team, cause your missing out on some good times. Your team has converted us today, we shall be back!
  21. My friends have told me Allan Smart.. a little before my time as I moved to the area after the Premiership season.
  22. You lot had Tom Aldred off us didnt you.. dont think he ever played for us, or not that I recall anyways.. might have been in the League Cup where we normally put non regulars out to play
  23. I know of Cowie.. A very good player for us at the time and a sad lose when Manky Mackay took him away. Cant think of the other one tbh.. Recent history?
  24. Think sue is secretly hoping to see a tattoo!
