Queens tv for £10. Stream seems ok now.
-
I’m on the livestream but it has been buffering a bit and I’m having to refresh it. Just me or anyone having the same issue?

Ridgers in goal and on the bench?? I see the club has corrected their tweet to show MacKay on the bench.
No Broadfoot and Mckay rested by the looks of it.
A chance for Hardy to show what he can do.

It’s a long trip for the players on a Tuesday so hopefully they make it worthwhile and we secure third place whilst putting a wee bit of pressure on Arbroath.
A good performance and a few goals would be great but I’d settle for three points and no injuries.

Thank you. According to this, 6 bookings result in a one game suspension. I’m not aware of any of the four with 6+ having had a suspension, so perhaps the rule is relaxed a bit due to Covid?

Arbroath winning today makes it all but impossible for us to catch them for second place, they might even beat Kilmarnock to the title.
Partick's defeat to Raith Rovers puts us firmly in the driving seat for third.
In these circumstances, should we now be thinking of resting a few for the final 3 league games so that we are fresher for what could be half a dozen challenging play off matches?
Let’s focus on winning on Tuesday to secure third , but It is a good opportunity the. to give game time to players who have not featured much recently but who could be needed in the play offs. MacGregor, Walsh and Harper spring to mind.
What is the situation regarding suspensions? Deas in particular has been booked a lot but hasn’t had a suspension yet. How close are he and others like Carson and Devine to picking up bans?

Yesterday, Scott Boden for Borehamwod.
A vital late goal by Toddy today three minutes after coming on which could result in Dunfermline avoiding the relegation play off. I’ve no idea why Hughes uses him so sparingly.
Lewis Jamieson got the better of Gardyne. Both scored as Clyde won 2-1.
Matthew Cooper scored for Elgin.
In the Highland League, Robbie Thomson scored for Clach and Andy MacAskill got two for Buckie.

Aye and Chalmers to add the finishing touch
Is there any chance we could sign him in the summer?
He’s getting game time and is thriving on it. That’s now four goals in recent weeks.

What an enjoyable Friday evening.
Two highlights: coming from behind to win and silencing the large, noisy away crowd.
It was great to be in the stadium with a decent crowd, a bit like the old days. Both sets of fans were making themselves heard, even those in the main stand.
Killie were the better team in the first half and I was happy it was 0-0 at the break, although we did have a few chances, notably Chalmers shot and Mckay was nearly in.
The goal we lost looked like sloppy defending to me but I’d need to see it again.
Dodds made good substitutions, which showed the value of Carson in midfield and after we equalised there was only one likely winner and up stepped Chalmers to get us the three points.
I feel we deserved the win, and it is good to be in the play offs, but I feel this season is a missed opportunity. If it was not for that 11 game winless run we could, possibly should, have been looking at automatic promotion.
Now we need to focus on finishing third and performing as well as we did in the last 30 minutes tonight. If we can do that, we need not fear any team in the play offs.
Killie were troubling us early on, but we seemed to work out how to neutralise them and, other than their goal, we were not troubled in the second half.
Bring on the play offs. Who knows what could happen!!

Good to see Ridgers and Devine starting. Samuels preferred to Doran and Duffy preferred to Carson.
Great conditions at the ground so roll on a good game and three points for us!
-
And I’m not much better!
I took Kelty last week in desperation and they drew!

Last nights rain should mean it’s a good surface and there is little wind.
We need to play the full 90 minutes tonight. I see us as underdogs but we’ve beaten them twice and there is no reason why we can’t again.
I’d imagine after the second half last week that we may make a couple of changes. I’d like to see Devine start at the back whilst it’s time for Ridgers to be recalled. Perhaps also a slot for MacGregor, maybe in the “no 10” role so Welsh and McAlear continue in central midfield.
We will know soon enough!

A rare point for Fort William this evening.
And a win tonight with young Cairns amongst the goals. Seemingly Strathspey didn’t give him much game time when he was on loan there and he really enjoyed scoring against them.
They were already condemned to a play off against Banks O’Dee to retain their Highland League status.
They will be underdogs but I hope they win. I was brought up there and football was very much secondary to shinty, but it would be sad to see them drop down a level.

Ethan Cairns scored for Fort William tonight.

Another of our youngsters, Robbie Thomson, was highly praised by the Clach Manager in today’s Courier. It seems he is both a winger and a playmaker for them.

I’d not picked up on it before, but Ali Riddle and Ethan Cairns are on loan to Fort William. Both are in their starting line up tonight:

Watching the goals again, poor defending at them both but, to be fair, with our performance after going 2 up, we didn’t deserve to win.

Simply that we are not good enough to get promotion.

Sums it up so well (although Partick won last night).
Whilst we look certain to make the play offs, I can’t see us getting through three two leg ties against, most likely, Partick, Arbroath and St Johnstone given our inconsistency.
As Kingsmills has said, today epitomised our season.
At 2-0 up so early, we should have kicked on and had a confidence boosting comfortable win, but we self destructed.
We need to up our game for Friday.
