ICT Squad 2026/27
I thought MacIntyre and Zimba would have been on the list to resign for this year. Shame it's not worked out for Thompson, and feel for Davidson as it's the injuries that have done him

Accies final day May2026
If you offered me the league title but it goes down to the final day at the start of the season, I would've bitten off your hand at that, given the 5 point penalty, the strength of competition in the league, and the squad rebuilding. Is it frustrating to not have had the league wrapped up by now, yes, but it's a young squad and Kells first full season as manager bumps were going to happen. Hopefully we can strengthen the squad and continue the upward trend

Child's kit
Hi all, Looking to get the little one a strip, however the smallest size online is 5-6. I was wondering if the club shop did smaller sizes if anyone knows?

SIX POINTER @ STENNY
For me, the way the ref handled the whole game, when Devine dives in like that I knew the ref would give it. I do think Devine is just trying to make himself big to block the ball and tbh if it happened the other end I'd be screaming for it. Ref was happy to card us on first offenses it felt while Aikten definitely got away with 3-4 fouls before the card and then another couple before the pen.

SIX POINTER @ STENNY
2 points dropped, other than the pen felt Stenny had one good chance. The lack of substitutes hurt us, a change was needed around the hour mark to try to change the momentum. Would have chucked on longstaff and sole to get some width. Alonge is shocking with the ball at his feet, everytime he tried to dribble past the man he lost it. I see why the pen was given, going in like that means the ref has a decision to make.

🏆KDM TROPHY FINAL v Raith Rovers
Frustrating watch, just sloppy all round and mistakes were punished. If we were going to persist with playing out from defense then I feel Alonge and Zimba shouldn't have come off sooner as they struggled to get into the game. Could have done with an extra experienced head on the pitch for the game. For all the fuss we made signing Witherspoon in the summer, don't feel like he's played much and is a bit wasted.

2025/26 Squad
Fear that's the nature of the beast outside of the top-flight, particularly in the Championship and with full time teams in League One, you can't risk long term contracts as it's so easy to get pulled into a relegation fight and suddenly you've got high wages for the next 3 years with reduced revenue. I've seen people argue that clubs should follow Celtics model, get in young hungry players and then sell on for profit, but again doesn't work with our smaller league structure where 6 out 10 teams are involved in either relegation or promotion, you need players to come in and be a success so you end up looking for experienced players on short term deals to ensure safety or the playoff push etc. if the leagues were expanded and there was more scope for mid table safety then I think clubs would push the boat out more for young players

Another cryptic social media post about continuing tomorrow, hope it means Savage is staying and continuing (probably too obvious that)

That's Chalmers signed on a one year deal

One year deal would suggest to me that it's viewed as a chance for him to step up, if it doesn't work out then he can be let go at the end of the season. If it was a backup keeper then I would have thought a 2 - 3 year deal so can develop and get the odd game throughout the season- 2025/26 Squad
My only concern with Nolan would be high wages after leaving United, and there will be a number of offers from the lower leagues of England that could offer closer to what he wants. Like you said, started out well but I don't think he set the world alight to make me think we should make him one of our high earners. Definite priorities for me is a GK and an attacker that can push McKay for a starting place, neither of those will come cheap- 2025/26 Squad
Seen we're linked with a move for Joe Chalmers, experienced pro which will be good for the younger players and always thought he had good set piece delivery. Hopefully not on a crazy high wage either. Saw Nolan was released by United, wonder if he could tempted up? Also seen Christie had 'promising' discussions with Savage and Allan's agents so hopefully there's a decision either way soon.- Admin by Oct 16th - It's here now!
So can we operate as normal from today on, ie sign new players etc, or do we wait until the CVA is shut in July?- 2025/26 Squad
Any news on Savage or Allan?- Happy Anniversary!
Still got goosebumps watching the highlights this morning! Always remember thinking Watkins shot was tamer than what appears on the highlights and the ball being parried away further wide but probably the angle we weren't at. Don't think I'll ever get back into Hampden for a fiver again haha- 2025/26 Squad
I'd also like to see Gill come back for a full season loan alongside an experienced keeper, might be too much too soon to chuck Gill in as 1st choice- 2025/26 Squad
The way Musas agent spoke, it sounded like he'd prefer to stay and get games at us then take a big offer and be a backup so fingers crossed. I hope for the other 3 it's more a case of waiting to see what investment goes into the squad once the dust settles but more likely they're waiting to see if anyone else offers better terms- Arbroath crunch game Apr2025
I reckon after last season and Big Duncs tactics, Billy's been short of confidence not helped with the doom and gloom of admin. Hope after scoring last 2 games, he's turned a corner and has a decent haul next season- Admin by Oct 16th - It's here now!
I had always thought the way admin worked was a buyer made an offer and then the administrator would work out how much each creditor would get based on the offer ie someone comes in and offers 1.75m to clear the debt and own the club, then the 3.5m debt would work out to be 50p per £1 owed. Is that not the case, is it more creditors will agree to a minimum they will accept and a buyer has to match that expectation? For example, creditors want 80p per £1 owed. I have probably grossly simplified the process, but I always understood it as this what you'll get as a creditor accept it or you'll get nothing.- Warriors come North
It was on twitter that ref was injured and a replacement found aiming for 8PM kick off, not seen anything to say it's started - 2025/26 Squad
