Some positives today were Newman made some really good saves, think he'll do just fine this season, and Savage and Devine looked pretty solid together. Negatives are the formation feels too defensive for even counter attacking football, leaving Brooks up front isolated, then when we had Cairns and Brooks up top we refused to give them service. I get the impression we want to play this passing game up the park and around teams, but we get into the other half we leave too many behind and we get crowded out.

Quite happy to let Raith to have ball outside the box and they've not really done anything, wee chance at the end for them but ball refused to fall to a Raith player. We look our most dangerous out wide thought we had a couple of chances to do something with the wing backs overlapping but we don't have enough bodies going forward so straight forward for Raith to clean up We're continuing this one touch, pass our way out from the back / trouble, which has looked ok at times but again we then have no one forward to attack once we've passed around the press

As if his record at us and forest green haven't already scuppered him

Nothing stopping him from walking away ... Also maybe he should have done his due diligence on the championship and league one before deciding to take the job and seen what level of players he would be working with / facing Honestly makes me wonder what Ancelotti saw in him to want him as your assistant, cause he clearly isn't a tactical genius or a great developer of players

A colleague of mine handed in his notice and was essentially placed an office for a month with no laptop as they didn't want him to go to a competitor early but also didn't want him working for the company My last job was supposed to be 3 month notice, only worked 3 weeks of it. As painful as a transition period would be without him there (always going to be a need for some form of handover and delegating of responsibilities), surely it would have been better to have people volunteer to pick up the slack as those will be the people who care about the club.

I want to be shocked at the Doran news but after the way we treated Sutherland and Walsh after their injuries, it's on par for this board. Honestly this last week has been enough reason for them all to resign

We trying to save the club or get Gardyne back?
-
But they already looked at a Scottish club before decided Wrexham, apparently the ceiling is too low in Scotland

Unless he's lost during the restructuring, would be such a shame ...

It'll be another pornhub incident ...

The unfortunate part of being a keeper, if you make a mistake 9 times out of 10 it's a goal, whereas if it's a midfielder there's players around you that can help you recover. I definitely don't blame him for where we ended up this season, it just wasn't to be for him in the games against Hamilton.
-
We should just go basic 442 with Brooks and Billy Think it's as good a time as any to get a new keeper, while he was a solid option, there was more and more errors creeping in

Absolutely ridiculous that managers get paid off for failing at their job, if I go into my job and failed to do what I was tasked with I'd get sacked with nothing, why should this be any different?
-
Not ideal being a goal down, reckon a draw would have been fair. Longstaff tries too hard to get the ball to his right side and everytime got crowded off the ball, Lawson should start ahead of him on Saturday. I'd also start Pepple with Samuel up front and drop Billy to the bench

Feel like I'm about to go against what everyone else thought with my take We've managed to get the ball into some decent spots and have forced a couple of saves, our biggest threat is down the left, when go right kerr too often has stopped and played back the way. McKay is not a 10 and I thought he was one of the worst offenders for slowing our attacks down. Feel the ref hasn't handled it well, and should have booked a Hamilton well before he did. Could argue we should have had a pen, same for Hamilton, and felt the second was a foul on Ridgers

See the scene from harry potter where he buys the whole trolley? Just recreate that with pints
-
Would like to believe it's some mad 4d chess being played, to preserve our energy for the next game and potentially the final? That would definitely be giving the management team far too much credit though
-
Just realised McAllister scored with his left last night, imagine he had learned that skill back for the Raith game
-
Now we get to renew pleasantries with Gardyne in the playoffs
-
Never recruited a striker to challenge Mckay, found a system that worked with Wotherspoon and when he left just decided a park the bus system was the way to go instead finding a Wotherspoon replacement, no plan B
-
Thought the second half was really good, and we go into Tuesday's game with some confidence, not ideal but we've left our best bit of form until the end of the season with too much to do
-
Got it on a very pixelated stream so couldn't see what happened but the team was raging about it
-
Looking at stats in the other game, don't think Airdrie has shown up to play tonight
-
Think we need to start to build momentum so must win this, either we go into playoffs with a bit more confidence or we're safe. We play like we did against Raith a couple of weeks ago and get a slice of luck, we can do it. Prediction - heart says 2-0 win, head says drab 0-0
