  1. I dont think tickets were sold in any order other than that which they were bundled before they left Dingwall. I believe that when they went on sale each ticket seller picked up a bundle and worked with that. To try and change tickets while they were very busy selling them would have been a nightmare for the staff but perhaps if people had gone to the shop at a quiet time some sort of arrangement could have been agreed. I believe a group of Section E folks may have seats together and I'm sure that if people dont want to be in among the chants they'll happily swap seats. I dont know the layout of the Dingwall stand but I'd be willing to change places with any of the lads and lasses if I happen to be in that area.

  3. Could it not be that 'the indiginous support' couldn't care less about football.
  4. Not sure why considering they are Dumfries and Galloway Health Board area with a very good Infirmary in Dumfries.
  5. Well here's your chance. Theres around 200 tickets still to sell. They will all be for the same area I'd imagine. Go get one of those tickets and get your mates to do the same. If you've already purchased then go ask if your seat can be changed. In future arrange with all your mates to buy tickets together. Simples.
  6. I think we need to accept that our core fanbase is around three thousand. The only times we see more than that in the home stands is when Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen or County come to town. If this was a saturday 3pm game I'd have expected to see four or five hundred Motherwell fans. As it was, with crap sunday service public transport, an early kick off and a long and expensive day in a freezing wintery stadium only a handful travelled. Secondly I think over the years our figures have been false in that a good few Invernessians who came to TCS are now frequenting their first love County. Finally we need to remember that ICT are not only fighting County for fans but also Celtic, Rangers and Aberdeen. Until we can break into the minds of those fans we will always be a low fanbase team. St Johnstone experience the same problems as will County if they stay up and when the novelty wears off.
  7. Loch na Seanninnse Find mention of it in this interesting wee article. http://www.scottishcorpus.ac.uk/corpus/search/document.php?documentid=1408
  8. Nessie had him for breakfast.
  9. I was out in Sneck last night and never bumped into any of our players which surprises me considering they all turned out like they were hung over. Every season there is one game that just needs to be forgotten. Today we seen this game. From now on in we will win, lose and draw but we will play and play well. Celtic are there for the taking next week.
  10. The first time I ever encountered bigotry was in 1973. I referred to a colleague as Irish, not knowing any better, and he grabbed me by the throat and pointed out he wasn't Irish in his broad Ulster accent.
  11. Just do it anyway girl.

  17. Never seen B-H so cant comment on him but I think Roberts is better as centre forward and is maybe being played out of position because Nick Ross is unavailable.
  18. Roberts is a forward. Brislen-Hall a defender. Perhaps thats why one gets picked over the other.
  19. Well well!!! Thanks for that.
  20. My god, I used to spend hours educating Africans about the difference between Britain and England, and here's a Scotsman that thinks they are interchangeable. Yes, Alex. Being from Britain means you're English I didn't say I was English. I asked a question. The provisio being that if your from Northern Ireland, a seperate country from Eire, then your Irish. So if your from Scotland, a seperate country from England, using that provisio, are you English? KB....yes I've a small wager on Jordan
  21. Agree with Mr Lamont. Shinnie didn't have a great game but then again niether did the rest of the team. There was no standouts for me. Even Rhodes, although he scored, wasn't at his best. I dont know whether that game will tell the coaches much but maybe, if those players can be brought into squad training sessions with the regulars, we will see some, Shinnie included, become future regulars. Personally I think what Scotland needs to do now is get a coach in place, use the next WC games as training sessions and group for the next Euro's.
  22. Although I can write in this window I cant use any of the editing functions. Everything is greyed out. Is this a site problem or my PC?
  23. It would appear that he hadn't signed......till now
