  1. Thanks Spongie
  2. Many clubs have many great ideas. Maybe the best idea would be for clubs to get together from time to time and share their ideas. This was something that the offshore safety reps do on a regular basis. They meet up with other industry safety reps a few times a year to share best practise.
  3. If the question was about Rangers of old then I'd maybe agree. Celtic do not fill our stadium and never have. There are many more Rangers fans in the Inverness catchment area than Celtic. I know that by counting the buses going south when I travel north on match days. Theres at least six 'true blues' bus for every one 'bhoys'
  4. It probably is. But remember Mr Novo had no more affiliation to Rangers than he has to any other club he had the luck to be involved with. Nacho is just another of the many Spanish footballers not good enough for their own countries top flight who ply their trade in the lower echelons of British football. As far as I know he is still contracted to Legia Warsaw. That aside has anyone got a report on tonights game.
  5. he replaced S.Campbell For Clach??
  6. We have never sold out to Celtic so I cant see it happening. The diehard Northstanders choose that area because they are behind the goal and because its more sheltered. I also dont think there's enough spare seats in the main stand to accomodate all the North ST holders unless they use the uncovered sections.
  7. I think Rapid have based themselves at Grangemouth. Motherwell were supposed to play there on Monday night but pitch was waterlogged. Greenock and Stenhousemuir also played them at Grangemouth last week
  8. and Jonny Hayes on being joint winners of Sunsports Top Man awards at ICT http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/sport/spl/4420285/Hell-find-new-Caley-stars.html
  9. He may be working along the A96 now but he's still a good advert for Inverness. http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/sport/spl/4420265/Home-is-where-the-art-is.html
  10. The fairy tale gets more bizzare by the minute. Greens 'The Rangers' playing in Scottish bottom league and Di Stefano's 'Rangers FC' playing in the English bottom league. Who said Hans Christian Anderson was dead http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/news/4420369/In-your-dreams-team.html
  11. Really? I know his bro has a shop but never thought Barry would have gone down that route.
  12. As far as I'm aware Barry is still at Elgin as player/coach. I'd imagine his playing time will be a lot less than previous considering he must be 39 now. I noticed he played right back last season. Dennis Wyness has also signed for them.
  13. Good highlights. Looked like we passed not too bad and kept the ball down for the most of it. Some chances taked and Martin Laing turned well for his goal though I thought their keeper should have done better. It wasn't exactly a bullet shot. All in all things look fairly promising considering many hadn't played together before.
  14. Interview here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoYLJBqnIFg
  15. Doncaster is a bit of a prat and should resign cos he isn't doing anything to earn his money. Regan, on the other hand, should be sacked. He is supposed to lead the SFA. A governing body for Scottish football that should act with impartiallity and promote the integrity of the game.
  16. Cant comment cos I wasn't there but considering he and a few others have never played a competitive match together do you not think maybe its a bit early to judge.

Big well done Andy. Could this be the year that the tennis history books are re-written?
  18. If the bigots knew their history they'd know that the Battle of the Boyne was a significant date and event in the history of Scotland. The Usurper King William of Orange against the deposed King James II of England and VII of Scotland. And typical as those people are they celebrate a battle on 12th July that actually took place the day before.
  19. The negativity of some people.
  20. Season ticket holders get a discount in club shop. Think its 10%
  21. Cant have a pre-season if you dont exist.
  22. Sorry mate but I have to disagree there. Stenhousemuir have made a statement, in colloberation with Doncaster, Regan, Longmuir and Co, based on a totally worst case scenario, in an attempt to find a way of saving a dead club. There may be clauses in some contracts but there is no indication, as yet, that those clauses will be acted on. When the clauses were set up there was no indication of anything that has happened. We are in a situation that was never thought of. It could easily transpire that the TV media will see Celtic v Hearts, or any other club, as being the new OF type derby. It may well be that they see pulling out as losing customers. None of us know the true effect of no Rangers. Not even the people who run our game. Stenhousemuir have very strong links to the former Rangers and are expanding the spin in my opinion.
  23. This is an excellent gesture from the club. I, however, dont intend to claim the discount voucher. I expected to pay the full price anyway and the club need the money more than I do.
  24. These people are unbelievable. If Scottish football is going to die because Rangers are not in it then Regan, Doncaster and co are not doing their jobs right and should step aside now.
