I see all the talk is that Glasgow Rangers are effectively being run by Lloyds Bank, who are looking to recoup the ?30,000,000 debt by selling players and cutting costs. A well known corporate 'cutman' has been placed on the board, contracts are being allowed to run down and the Ibrox natives are getting restless.
