Man of the Match - They're having a laugh!

Don't know which match the people who chose man of the Match were watching - maybe they were too busy tucking into their pies and weren't watching! But there were 10 other players on that pitch who played better than Eric Odhiambo. He had a terrible game. Didn't run for the ball and was too easily pushed off it when he had it. Shocking. But at least the announcement gave us a good laugh after a dire game. But 3 points closer to winning the league nonetheless.

And... if you check the papers next day they very seldom have m.o.m. the same as whats announced over the tannoy.

The papers rarely agree or their choices of MoM, even their player ratings can vary wildly. If you look at past MoM polls on here then you will see that there are always a variety of choices. You are spot on C100 that's the great thing about life, so many differing views.

Stadium MoM is chosen by match sponsors and guests. Usually this involves a vote among a group of intoxicated hangers on so it shouldn't be a surprise. To be fair the daily ranger player ratings give Odi and Ross top marks.
