Fer fecks sake most business are. Most times it is better to have somebody who you know and trust - professional and not a yes man or woman. Would agree that it should be a permanent position though and we are not spending the tight budget on an acting up position AND a Consultancy - which would be far more expensive and would go into a job fear the boys category. At least it ain't got the inbreeding flavour of Tinkerville. Yet another issue that an inquisitive and pushy CJT would be beneficial.
