Take a step back and draw breath

Two questions:

Is there anybody who really believes were relegation favorites already?

Like wise is there anybody out there who would honestly put their house on us finishing in the top half of the table at the end of the season?

I will stick my neck out and say if answered honestly the answer to both is no, especially if your house is on the line. maybe you would wager something abit more realistic?

Sadly, I can see us being in bottom 4 for most of the season :019: I think our contemparies will be a tougher prospect this year. I mean, the players we bought, with Niclaue being the possible exception, are they any better than what was already there , or indeed better than those they were brought in to replace?

If you want to lose three games in a season I think that early on is the best place to have them as there's a lot of time to correct the mistakes.

As my old buddy Eric Idle once said to me - "If life seems jolly rotten

There's something you've forgotten

And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.

When you're feeling in the dumps

Don't be silly chumps

Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.

And...always look on the bright side of life...

Always look on the light side of life..."
