Extra time and Pens

What happens if its all square after 90mins tonight?

Does it go to extra time or is there a replay?

The Hibs Semi-Final game went to a replay last year I seem to remember, but I know there were changes to that format after such a low crowd turn out. But I can't remember if the change was that they were allowed to change the venue, or if the replay format was ditched.

Anyone help?

Taken from League Cup Competition Rules

4.9 In the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Semi-Final Rounds, if the scores are equal at the end of the ninety minutes, an extra thirty minutes will be played and, if still undecided, the winner shall be ascertained by taking kicks from the penalty mark as laid down by the International Board.

Brilliant, thanks!

Its a nice day in Aberdeen today, but by 10.30pm when we're slotting home the winning pen it'll be bloody freezing!!! Actually I hope it doesn't go to pens, as the Partick game is still fresh in the mind. Although, extra time would probably suffice as Aberdeen's half-fit players will have tired and fallen to bits by then.

Hope Motherwell take Rangers to 120 minutes...
