  1. East Fife on 𝕏 Brian Easton was forced to leave the field during yesterday’s match following a head collision. He was attended to by both East Fife and Inverness medical staff, having briefly lost consciousness before receiving stitches for a cut. We’re pleased to report that Brian was able to travel back with the team and is now recovering at home. He is feeling okay, though understandably a little groggy. A huge thank you goes to the medical staff at Inverness for their swift and professional assistance.
  2. Sam means well in a charming, naive, wide-eyed sort of way and he’s such an enthusiast he’s moved up to Glasgow (and obviously has a soft spot for the Govan shower) but sometimes he’s just as clueless as all the others who’ve just ‘discovered’ Scotland 😅
  3. Ah, the opinionated inaccuracies of the influencer. Journalists they are not. i'm afraid I had to give that video a thumbs down ... it was awful. We need to get Sam from Footy Adventures up to see how things are progressing.
  4. Saturday was a privilege to be at the match and watch a masterclass performance by D Wotherspoon. He may not have many left in his locker in the twilight of his career, but boy his around game and effect on the match was a joy to behold and witness. His range of skill and control of the ball, passing ability and awareness of space when he is ‘up for it’ is impressive. Throw in the ability to craft and score goals like yesterday, he is the almost complete footballer IMHO. I’m hard pressed to think of any past ICT midfield player that can measure up against DW. Certainly above the level of this league. I was before the match having a ‘tongue in cheek’ ribbing of the EF players and Dick Campbell. It was earned as I have a healthy respect for both, and was a little worried when they scored just before half time when our whole defence slept. I disagree with DC our goals were self inflicted and defensive mistakes. Spoonys two goals was the result of invention with the second being crafted almost entirely by the one player. The third was a bit of luck on our part. The fourth was more of AlfieB’s ability and determination to kickstart his goal campaign. All round an excellent second half and great piece of entertainment. A large crowd (and a word to the good sized East Fife fans) that attended the match. We’re going to loose at some point, but for now I’m just going to glow in the in image of being in top of the league table, enjoining going back to the stadium and watching some great football. Well done everyone from the players management, AS and off the field organisation. bc
