  1. Ahhh ........ well thanks for that I have just dropped my coffee on the carpet. For one horrible moment I thought that it might be true but it was ok it was just a nightmare and now I am awake!
  2. I'm hoping that the sports shop across the street will have my jersey in soon so I can walk around and proudly display my new found allegiance. and hopefully get down to see a game in the near future.
  3. As above it was great to get the point and all of my finger nails are now gone. Well done the lovely lads on the pitch. I did hope that we might have got a few more goals earlier but they were a little too high. We play fantastiCALLY when we play it down low with brilliant passing, but everynow and then we have a bit of 'heading the ball' that seems to go a little way in the wrong direction. Still NEVER MIND 1 point fab I thought we were going to be leaving Pitodrie with nothing. :clapping04: Great to see Tokley back personally I prefer Macaffrey but Hastings played well.
  4. I have just looked through the programme and don't see any mention of the match mascot or his name, for the County game. The County report comes at the end of the pre season ones on page 20. Hope that helps.
  5. We are looking forward to it, and three points on the board please gents. Then there will be lots of lovely positive posts and everyone (well mostly everyone) will be happy.
  6. Heres hoping that we make more noise at the next home match against Hibs. I wish that we still had the drums they always made for a good atmosphere. I love it when we get to sing shout and cheer and feel it only helps lift the team. At home we should make so much noise that we give the opposition the willies and make then quake in their boots.
  7. Yes please please please SING SHOUT AND MAKE YOURSELF HEARD( in a positive way). I am sure that the visitors seemed louder than us on Saturday and the support would have been more than welcome then. Lets try to make lots of noise, and could we get some more songs that are easy to learn then more people would join in. I look forward to getting to the top end of the league.
  8. I would love the crowd to be that loud on Saturday for the first home match of the season. The home crowd noise is far too quiet..... The more noise we make, the more support we offer the team. Brill video link. :003:

    next season strip?

We got ours before the start of tonights match. The shop was very busy, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Scotty I agree with you the ladies are fab. Back to the sizing Callum is a small 11 and he has a size 40 which one of the ladies picked out for him and fits perfectly.. It looks very smart and will be washed and back on his back for tomorrow afternoon. When we hope for a slightly better result.
  10. I don't have a 1st choice 11 as I think they are all great. I don't think we have any .... players in our squad. Lets ask Charlie to pick the team for the matches I think thats why he is the manager! I imagine with so many fab players to choose from, it won't be much fun telling the ones that he drops that they are out for the match. Then when the team play well it will be hard to break back into the first 11. Should make for interesting team training, we will have lots of very fit players trying to show their worth to C.C. It will be great to have super subs sitting on the bench, so long as they are used if things aren't going well. However things will be brill and we will be top six before you know it. SORRY THAT WAS A BIT OF AN ESSAY NOT A POST
  11. We are looking forward to the match tonight, my son made sure that we would be home before tonights game from our hols... and I hope there will be a big crowd to give Rossco the testimonial that he deserves. CONGRATULATIONS

    next season strip?

If the kids are in the adult sizes will we be starting a topless competition for the adults. I'm looking forward to see all those lovely manly bodies!! Its a bit chilly up here in Inverness for that isn't it. Again you have to feel very sorry for the lovely ladies in the shop.... its not their fault but it seems to go wrong every time.
  13. We were brave and fearless, and went to watch this match today (after all it was live football ) and there is only so much you can watch on TV. The match itself wasn't too bad and it would be helpful to have another player that can aim at the goal and also he seemed to be acurate in his passing. However as a supporter I dont think we want the club to be held ransom over large pay deals. We will watch with interest to see what happens.
  14. I forgot to take my footy boots but it was ok I didn't need them......
  15. PANTS This is not good news, if you are reading this we wish you a speedy recovery. The team isnot the same when you don't play. :019:
  16. Thanks for that info I didn't see what had started the handbags at dawn moment. I wonder if any of the Germans will be banned from the next round because of it.
  17. Hope it wasn't a big bet... :015: We will be watching the final at home, it doesn't matter who is in it its football after all.
  18. We watched it and thought that Germany deserved to win. The match on just now is about as interesting as watching paint dry...... which is why we are checking the web page out. :003: :003:
  19. We did it by post at the start of the week as I couldn't get to the ground, got my receipt back this morning so now we are just looking forward to the new season. :clapping04:
  20. The Eleven year old in this house isn't sure if he likes it as much as the last one but I bet he is one of the first in the queue.... Hope that all the delivery arrives together and that there are plenty to go around. Will we be able to get names put on the backs? :021: :021:

    new songs

So long as the home crowd make alot of noise, and not shout abuse at some of the players that they don't really deserve does it matter what we sing. It needs to be simple, catchy and loud. That way more of us will join it. Its taken me long enough to work out what they were singing some of the time.... I will try harder to join in next season.
  22. Hopefully we will manage a few good wins at home and that will inturn increase the crowds. I would love to see more kids involved which will drag parents down to the match. I wonder if the club read these sites or ignore them. On the off chance that they read them, I would love to see more things to buy that were ICT. My son would love a Cally Duvet. I think that the demand would be there, if it was kept simple with just the club logo and maybe team colours or plain white. We are a SPL team, and it seems a shame that he could get another clubs bedding for his room and not his own team that he supports fanatiCALLY. Ah yes before anyone comes back we will not be buying a dodgy SPL teams merchandise.

    Dargo

I hope that he stays! When we asked him at the last away match with Livy, he said he was going nowhere. I hope that was right. :021:
  24. I noticed that at some of the away matches they had a half time competition with some kids doing a beat the goalie type thing, this would get more children involved. The family fun day at the Stadium when we won the league was fun and the players didn't seem to mind being stopped for photos and stuff. I also wonder if it would be possible to move the holiday soccer school to a more central location like Bught Park or even the stadium after all if you get to have a go on your local pitch perhaps you might want to watch the professionals play on it. I agree with all the other posters ideas but the main one is please reduce the kids prices. I am sure this would result in more first timers and pester power works when it comes to buying I.C.T. kit and goodies.
  25. I can hardly wait for next season, what a result WELL DONE TO YOU ALL :021:
