  1. There's probably a little bit of truth to both of your points. The timing and language of the BDO press release hints at frustrations with particular individuals. It sets out the realities for the majority of shareholders. Its an unpalatable choice - lose your 'investment' or lose your club
  2. I wonder if that penalty save from Musa could be something of a sliding doors moment. By all accounts we were outstanding after the save and it seemed to galvanise the team. He comes across as a thoroughly decent guy as well as a good goalkeeper so delighted for him. Back to a positive points total seems like a milestone. A tough couple of games coming up but onwards and upwards we go.
  3. I've seen a couple of posts saying we should go for X or Y as manager until the end of the season but that's not how administration works. Essentially the administrator will look to cut as many costs as possible to leave the minimum resource to operate as a viable business until such time as admin is exited (i.e a sale). The administrators will still want a semi competitive team so some of the player exits might seem surprising when they come out tomorrow. The only way we could sign players while in admin is if we were left with less than 11 players. You would get special dispensation to sign players on week to week or trialist terms.
  4. Correct
  5. Always a disappointment to lose but I really hope that's not our goal and shot allowance for October used up. May have had a chance in the shootout with Dibaga in goals. Newman couldn't have been further away from any of the Livi penalties. Reminded me of David De Gea in that shoot out a few years ago, laughably bad.
  6. I struggle to comprehend how we're even spending that amount of money in the first place. How are we spending £1.4m more than we're bringing in, its incomprehensible for a business of our size. What is it going on?
  7. We did get cuffed 4-0 at McDairmud Park in match 9 mind you.
  8. 2013-14 Premiership after 8 matches, slightly different to this season after 8 matches.
  9. It's not Bray coming on that's the issue. It's great to see him getting more minutes. The problem is the subsequent change of formation which lost us the initiative and clearly took time to adjust to. We signed another defender on deadline day when we very specifically needed a forward who can hold the ball up once Billy is subbed.
  10. Yawn. Same as multiple games last season- get into the lead, make defensive substitutions, lose said lead. He is incapable of learning from his mistakes.
  11. This is great news for the long term future and viability of the club. Alan Savage has done his bit so now it's time for the fans to do theirs. Be it via turning up on a Saturday, buying merchandise or anything else. Some of the things that we're hearing from Savage and on the grapevine just seem incredible. Some of the deals that the outgoing CEO committed to are quite incredible, no competent person would sign up to them unless there was a personal return or benefit via personal companies or capacities....... Messrs Morrison, Cameron and Munro should have a few questions to answer too. Namely the transfer of land around the stadium and how it came to be under their control when it was used as the basis for going concern in previous accounts. They obviously put substantial sums into the club however that was partly to cover their own incompetence. Certainly appears like some of these transactions were made to ensure they were kept right regardless of what happened. It also explains why they've been so quick to get a deal together, the true cost is less than it seems.
  12. Didn't expect it to be today but glad that enough people have finally seen sense and we have someone with the club at heart making a start on mending it. All who were idiotic enough to back the chancer Makwana need fired into the Moray Firth.
  13. To the shock of nobody look out for news in the next few days that this has fallen through.
  14. That interview is a very convoluted way to say that he has no actual cash.
  15. What is it going to take to get rid of this guy? It's embarrassing listening to him, he's just not a football manager.
  16. Yep, a cursory search reveals a few red flags. They even have the obligatory crypto company in the portfolio. I see that he also owns Hayes & Yeading (just relegated to 8th tier) yet doesn't appear as a director on companies house or as a person of significant control
  17. It seems to have been doing the rounds almost week I've heard the same from separate unconnected people. I am very very cautious about this takeover. I can't see where these investors have made their money (if they have any) or why they would be in any way interested in ICT. They don't appear to have the type of money where we can even be their little plaything on the side. I'll give them a chance though.
  18. Plan/consequence, its really the same thing with these shysters.
  19. Having had a couple of days to think about this abomination the only additional thought I've had is that this is step one in a move to part time status. It only makes sense for a part time club to do this. Players cannot make training in the evening if they have a bigger commute to make and it would severely limit the playing pool. Despite 'Drake's' protestations there is nothing else logical about this.
  20. We cannot be a community club if we are not in the community. What happens to all the school visits etc that players do? If they're not in Inverness all of that work will cease driving yet another wedge between the club and city.
  21. So what happens with our contracted young players? Do they train by themselves in Inverness thus splintering the group and not leaving enough players for proper training or are they forced to relocate? What happens to the players already based in Inverness? Do they have to move? Is the stadium going to be open during the week? Will there be a club shop? Are we essentially funding a promotion charge for a rival? Imagine if Kelty go up because we've bosted their budget.
  22. Its absolutely wild that we were relegated 3 days ago and yet there hasn't been a peep from the club. Not even a holding statement or an acknowledgement as to what has happened. We shouldn't be surprised but that is farcical.
  23. If they had even a smidgen of integrity they would walk.
  24. That was just terrible and the worst thing about it is that I'm not even angry right now. I just feel complete apathy as we've been heading this way all season. One of the biggest games in the clubs history and that's what we produce. Gutless, spineless, hopeless. It was galling to see so little heart on display but we shouldn't be surprised with so many loan players. They don't have to deal with the consequences of this. If it wasn't obvious before then it's crystal clear now that Duncan Ferguson is no manager. He needs cleared down the A9 tonight. From bizarre selections, ostracised players and bringing them in from the cold (Samuels anyone) and the spectacle of completely blanking players in public its clear that management is not for him. I have no idea what's going to happen now but the CEO can join him ona one way ticket South.
  25. It's not, certainly not from me anyway. The point of calling for him to be introduced is that he's a different type of player to our other midfielders. Anderson and Gilmour are basically the same player with the same skills etc. We don't need both. Roddy may not be at the level he was previously before injuries but we won't know until he plays. We're crying out for someone that can get close to the forwards or run beyond and that's part of Roddy's skillset. He's the only currently available option that can do that hence why posters are calling for him. We're perfectly well aware he's not the messiah.
