I don't know if it's from the book. Someone is selling it on ebay!
Selling what? A page out of a book

Still having the same issues most times I visit the site. Often get to the bottom of a page but can’t scroll back up, or it will scroll but is blank. Just posted on the Olde Sneckie thread, quoting weeman, and first time, it froze. Second time, it seemed to post but it hadn’t. Third time lucky.

Is that from Steve Finan’s book? Can’t check it as I’m in Lewis right now. I got a free copy because I supplied the photos from Caley and Stranraer. Quite fancy vol 2 and 3 bút Mrs Mantis has imposed a rule that I have to throw out a book for every one I buy, so 99% of my reading is now on kindle on the iPad.

You would have to have a good few
before going to see them!
Hoping to see them in Shetland at the tall ships. They’re appearing near us at North Berwick in August but I’ll be halfway down the A9 at the time.

Sorry but I never manage to embed tweets on this site for some reason…
Duncan is performing “Black Cuillin” at Eden Court on 3rd November. I saw this show at Celtic Connections in January and it was terrific. 7 piece band plus 8 piece string section. Very loud, not your typical folkie gig… a taster:

Nae idea, just thought it was a nice picture
Edit- knowing the club’s history with kit, I think we can all guess the answer though…

I bought one of the 2015 cup final shirts with the embroidery on it. Can anyone remember if that was brought out for the final or if it was after we had won it?

Personally, I don't think we should be getting ahead of ourselves
I'm not getting ahead of anybody and I'm usually the first to call it out when somebody does. But the whole discussion arose because it's been suggested that we'd be better losing to Falkirk so it's hypothetical but justified.

Here we are again, we have the arrogance and pretence to think we (ICT), are a team of stature, reputation and ability to poo-poo and belittle Falkirk as a Micky Mouse outfit that will be washed aside on to our rightful position against the mighty Celtic in the final. Our only concern is will it by 8, 10 or more goals against us in the final. No matter we will cheer our boys on irrespective of potential Darvel like records being made and all have a great day out!
It’s a Scottish fault fine characteristic failure which is often sorely exposed in sport with football being the biggest exponent of this “wha’s like us” behaviour.
I don’t open or question whether this miss led bravado is right or wrong, or what other nations really think of us, because I truly believe it is beyond us to change, but forgive me if I don’t join in this way of thinking.
Falkirk, in just about every facet or aspect of their club, be it tradition, fan base, stadium, financial stability and potential are years ahead of ICT. The fact they are currently in a league below us is neither here or there, having watched ICT this season, only the happy clappy would say our manager and players are better than Falkirk’s. I’ll go further to say our lot would struggle to be in Falkirk's league position if we were in that league.
Anyway, before we start worrying about getting hammered by Celtic in the final let’s give some respect to Falkirk. This will on the day be tough match in my opinion and low behold the consequences to the loosing team!
I realise your comments are not directed specifically at me but:
If you think it's only a Scottish problem you're just displaying the Scottish cringe. Just recently England were plotting the route to the WC Final and not so recently the women's team were doing the same even more blatantly before being destroyed by the Dutch 3-0 in the semi. I'm sure most of the larger nations do likewise.
You're right not to question what other nations think of us, because we're a small nation and hardly anybody thinks of us at all. -
Are we turning into a load of fainthearts? It’s ICT and the big cup ffs. I’ve already seen Celtic “in the flesh” rip Hibs apart this season, 4-0 at that place that the sun shines on. Who cares? Bring it on.

I'm enjoying a certain individual's post-match twitter meltdown considerably more than I enjoyed the game.

That was one sided a contest as I've seen for a while. Queens Park were streets ahead of us for large parts of that match.
Just as well you missed the November trouncing then

That’s just crazy. He seems to have photographed the book intact so presumably will tear the photos out or scan them which raises copyright issues. Anyway you can get the whole book on Amazon for £12.99.
