  1. Well I got Montrose wrong and Stirling and Queens got taken to replays so wasn't far off Whitehill were absolutely robbed, not often I blame the ref but he made a couple of howlers and they went out the cup 3 mins into injury time. So I'll send a cheque for £15 to 10cc.
  2. Wow, cracking result for the Vale, never saw that coming tbh, well done
  3. The County number 6 put in a real challenge at the 3rd goal
  4. Doesn't sound like you'll be out of pocket by much Alex........ Tell you what, I'll take you up on Spartans, Montrose, Gala, Queens and Wick, I.e. if you're correct then I'll pay the fivers instead. I'll add Stirling too in a case of heart ruling the head. As things stand at the moment I've 4 wrong - Spartans, Formartine, Gala, Wick. £20 down so far. I'm down a fiver with Queen's Park and Stirling to come.
  5. It looks more skilful at times because it's so slow. Like watching men's fitba from the 50s. And the goalies are terrible. Seen a few games on telly but can't summon up the motivation to go to a game, maybe next time there was an international at Easter Road. I'd defend their right to play it and develop it though.
  6. Is this the man who's just been banned for driving for 6 months after reaching 12 points? And who described the verdict as 'nonsense'? Who was told not to say any more by his lawyer, who had earlier pleaded that the sentence should be shorter because his client managed Celtic? Could it be the same man who was cleared a month ago of using his phone while driving, because police forgot to check that the phone had been used?
  7. Just got the kiss of death from Billy Dodds!
  8. Your taking the p**s this time, Talbot obviously through but if Rose beat Deveronvale i'll pledge everyones fivers Noted!

  10. Have you got any 'action' videos to inspire the Welfare lads Anyway it's Forthbank this time, ICT had a right good day out there last time
  11. Surprise surprise. Spartans v Whitehill, Lowland League. At Spartans' depressingly poncey wee 'Academy' which seems to be the future of football these days including synthetic pitch...... Have to say Locos didn't look too clever this pre-season compared to last when they knocked Whitehill out the Scottish.
  12. What a great thread, gutted I never saw it before. Ah well, that's the window shut, we'll never get rid of him now.
  13. Gutted I can't make it as I'll be away on holiday. Don't really spend much time on p&b but why are they delighted? They won't make a lot of money off our support and it must be less winnable than a load of other ties such as midden or even utd at home.
  14. I suppose Uncle Roy will be wielding the axe now the treble's gone?
  15. I gave my tape to Mee years ago to copy! If you're reading this Mee pass it on. The original quality wasn't that great mind you. Edit: there were different versions on each side. The longer version had a comment about ICT being in Europe
  16. Why for? We already get not so friendlies against our wee cousins who also have a swear word in their name.
  17. If we are nit picking Motherwell was our bogey team singular - was . Two can play at your game. No apostrophes in 'its' Wots a Magistrate? This is Scotland.
  18. 79:52 Iain Vigurs receives a caution for unsporting behaviour. 79:45 Unfair challenge on Graeme Shinnie by Iain Vigurs results in a free kick. 79:02 Billy McKay takes a shot and goes over the bar. From the BBC website. What a guy.
  19. Not always though. Some of them play junior because the money's better and they don't need to go to Montrose or Elgin on a Tuesday night.
  20. You have to be careful using results from cup ties though. Motivation is probably 80% of football. If the Hearts got their erses booted for being complacent they would hammer Talbot the next 10 times. Last year's talbot were exceptional and I think they would be about div 2 standard. Caley got a 2-2 draw with premier St Johnstone but they were outplayed for about 70 mins and very tired when they got a penalty for 2-1. When ICT joined div 3 they were stronger than Caley but only made 6th place.
  21. No he doesn't. He's just mentioned 2 that are very strong.
  22. Good luck to Nairn but I think Linlithgow will win this one.
  23. Looked pretty obvious what Alex meant
