  1. Didnt see that one coming :tic01: Let relegation season commence! :020:
  2. Aye....has been a roller coaster of a week. Tomo will bring it all to a head. Lets hope theres some good news to acompany our boards preffered options arrival. An experienced Central Defender being my most desired wish. Would love to see Mark Brown back and maybe offload some dead weight too before the window closes.
  3. Ooooh, forgive me, next time I will walk about the Pub, with my eyes shut, bumping into them instead knocking their drinks over them will I? They arent "superstars", we dont stalk them............. just faces one recognises of an evening out. I wouldnt give them the time of day to be quite honest
  4. The Fluke is my local and is frequented quite a lot by Bennet and his other ICT cronies on Match Days

As we keep being reminded on here....its early doors yet IHE. He took them to within a gnats bollock hair from getting to SPL last season, as well as semi-finals of BOTH national competitions. That is INFINITELY more than brew has done in BOTH his magagerial appointments
  6. :clapping03: :clapping03: Yup, Am with you on that. Coyle is more experienced as a manager and has a superior record. And he got them to 2 semi finals of national cups last season!

Owen Coyle is more qualified than Brewster to take the job
  8. Yeah wanderer.......but in fairness to me, the vast majority of my posts these last few days are about my disgust at brew coming being allowed to come back, and my feelings remain the same on these matters
  9. That hasnt changed one ounce. He really will have to produce the goods to change my opinion. I wanted a new and if possible, an "experienced" appointment. I fear for the coming season season, and just hope at least Gretna struggle too
  10. Its saturday, and after my postings about boycotting ICT games yesterday, am not so sure I can go through with it. Am terrible for impulsivness. I didnt make the game today as I have my kids to stay every other weekend so can only go to the games they are at home and am available. But wen saturday comes, I am buzzing, and the TEAM needs all the help it can get wi numpty boy heading our way. I really do fear for this season. Still doesnt change the fact am against Brews return tho :020:
  11. For me, it wasnt about Warnock coming, altho I would have loved that. My gripe is about Brewster coming back. I was open minded about anyone but him.
  12. As professionals, if the job requires you relocate, so be it....it comes with the territory. Just like Sir Alex, Wenger, O Neil, Allardyce.....need I go on?
  13. wat a pile of steaming......... :020:
  14. and if that was the case where is the problem in issuing a press release stating "Warnock was our first choice but we couldnt match his wage demands" end of story, move on. no big deal. Totally 100% agree...thats why i posted this earlier today in another thread............ If the BoD considered Warnock, could they not at least have been honest (for once) and come out and said there was no way we could afford him, rather than string us along?[/i]
  15. I would like to clarify,I am not giving up my support for ICT, merely boycotting games as long as Brewster is in charge by way of protest, but will continue to cheer them on from a distance. If he doesnt arrive/gets sacked, I will continue to attend games when I can.
  16. I will do what i please WynessLegend, and if thats deciding to NOT back Brewster, so it shall be.
  17. SFA have decided to take no action against Rangers for the sectarian chants at TCS since they had previously taken steps to address the problem.
  18. Brewster, as per usual, will be the cheap skate option. Aberdeen will let him go coz of the clause so it only leaves wages.
  19. If the BoD considered Warnock, could they not at least have been honest (for once) and come out and said there was no way we could afford him, rather than string us along?
  20. Just like to add.........normal patronage will be resumed if a) Brew is sacked or fc uks off again or b) the feker doesnt come in the first place (my preffered option) By way of a disclaimer, I am not knocking those who carry on their support at the games, just wish i could have such blind faith
  21. Can I just add, this situation we face, is far from how I would like it to be.....this season I was gonna be able to attend the most games ever since SPL was reached......but I am a stuborn bar steward, and obviously much more unforgiving than most
  22. Yer not wrong Jaggy. I fully expect the goodie goodies to come out wi that crap, My answer to that would be, I have been going to football in Inverness since 1976. I was one of 82 people one cold Wednesday night watching Caley play. I suffered some pretty ****** teams as a Caley fan. I used to chase footballs at training 2-3 times a week for Caley.I reluctantly swallowed a merger i was none to pleased about at the time and gave the new team my support (albeit not as "fanatical"). I made no secret that i thought Charlie was not the man for the job, but continued my support. Along the way I have heard soome pretty ****** stories of how ICT have become ruthless regarding the youth teams and the things to do with the Academy. Not to mention being able to see past the window dressing so many people on here are prepared to swallow. So all in all, I reserve my right to do wat the fc uk suits me
  23. I am intrested to know how many people WILL actually stop going to games with Brewsters return? I am not intrested in the Im not happy but will still support the team brigade. I want to know who will stand by their posts on this site and actually do it and stick to it? His style of play and general ineptness alone is a reason to re-evaluate your thoughts, let alone the fact HE LEFT US IN THE ****, regardless of "opportunities"...and thats the bit that sticks in my throat! Would these Businessmen re-employ someone who did this to their own companies?? I seriously doubt it, so why now? This is the straw that will break the camels back for me should it come to fruition, which looks ever more likely. Face Facts guys...........it looks like we are stuck with a gutless board who are preparedtake us for fools and feed us lines to placate the vast majority of us, even tho there are some of us that can see right thro it.
  24. Whether or not this particular thread is true or not....I think its a matter of time before it does happen methinks. I cannot begin to tell you how dejected and CHEATED i feel
  25. That "consultation" on wednesday looks to have done a fat lot of good eh! I think its a case of the usual gutless/lack of ambition board decision. UNLESS, the board grow some balls and show a bit of ambition. I might well pen a letter directly to Mr Savage airing my views and informing of my veto of TCS until Brewster has gone. I refuse to sit through the most pathetic football i have seen in Inverness again
