The team photo from a charity football match I played in at the City of Machester stadium in 2004 - it had to be the away strip - and we won 4-0. I even managed to bag one from the penalty spot (only way I was going to score) at the same end as Adebayor upset the Arsenal fans.... ;)

World Cup play-offs: Republic of Ireland v France Portugal v Bosnia-Hercegovina Greece v Ukraine Russia v Slovenia Tough draw for RoI - hope they get through though.... Does seem a little harsh to employ seeding and if so then it should have been based on the qualification group status - top 4 finishers drawn against the other 4 - qualification rules though should be clear from the start and you can't go changing or creating them to suit half way through....

Ourselves Dunfermline, Ayr, Airdrie and Morton are being cast adrift by the other 5....

At the start of the season if you said 4 pts off Dunfermline for the first two games then I would have been happy BUT with the other results a win today was required....

County going top again if it stays as it is with us 7 pts behind....

and now County 1-0 up also....

Goals are starting to flow now - Raith and Dundee both now 1 up, Partick 2-0 up - the gap will grow if we don't get 3 pts

Our current situation can seem bad but what about Livi - just goes from bad to worse for them....

Make that **** poor HOME form. Really hope the support is right behind all the players when they come out for the second half: the team looked right up for it at the start of the second half against Raith and more of the same today, with Dunfermline's confidence lowered, could make it safe early on. That would be nice for once and also prevent my on-line Coral account taking another hammering although the Raith game did give a nice return - but that has not happened many times this season....

H-T 1-0 - great time for a goal - hopefully it will lead to more in the second half (from us )

Let's hope so - a home win would be nice and also possibly get us on a good run before the Alba Cup Final.... Either way if we are going to win this league we need to be taking 3 points off Dunfermline today....

Not too bothered either way but can't see it ever being sanctioned - more importantly though St.Johnstone 1-0 up against the blues brothers.... B)

Still think it will be a tight league as all the teams have showed they are capable of taking points off each other and no one team is standing out yet. Injuries (or more importantly the lack of) will be extremely important and the January transfer window could prove decisive for those clubs who have any money to spend and also those who find they may need to sell to cover mounting running costs (and/or court rulings B) ). As things stand at present I think QoS and Dundee are the two favourites for the top spot - QoS for the way they are currently playing and Dundee because I can see them strengthening their squad further in January (and possibly at our expense).... As for us I think we are just a little too lightweight at the moment but where there's hope....
