    It appears there is if he goes to another club within the same association - so a Scottish club - I think it affects players under the age of 24 and have been at the club a specified number of years and he appears to meet that criteria. Depending on the size of that fee it may well put a number of clubs off. So if he does leave would seem more likely to be back down south or a potential overseas adventure. Having said that I would like to see him score a few more goals before he goes (if he goes....)

    Rooney should have done a lot better - decent ball in from Ross

    Not a convincing performance so far. St.j can feel hard done by as they have had the better chances and even as the half ended u still thought they would get an equalizer. Still happy to be 0-1 up at half time but interested to see how we come out 2nd half. Strongly suspect more of the same but would like to see Rooney get into the play more -even Foran has been giving him a bit of stick. Foran has had a good first half at both ends of the park. Esson also been his usual self - good save early on and out on yer man early to reduce the angle when one on one.

    What's all this about a development fee if he goes to another Scottish club? What kind of a size fee would that be?
