Meekings just tweeted that he had a dead leg. Not sure if thats why TB took him off or not. Commentators wondered if Proctor was out of position for second goal as no-one covered Jonsson. There are definitely exceptions made to this rule .... I can think of several players in MLS this season who moved between 3 and 4 clubs respectively !!! not sure exactly how you get round the rule, but in MLS' case I believe it is because it is a "single entity league" whatever that means !
