agreed 100% about the neggie comments ... although I dont think demoralising would be totally accurate as a couple of comments versus all the positive comments is way more than balanced in their favour. As i posted, any ticket shambles - if one actually exists, and in this case I do not think it does - tends to come from elsewhere ... it can be a case of "too many cooks" on occasion. You also have to consider that the ticket office would have had pretty much everything in hand for the Falkirk game well before last week. A normal end of season game, with a normal end of season crowd. The demand was probably a little higher given our precarious position but that demand didnt shoot through the roof until 4:45pm on Saturday when a lot more people suddenly found the game to be one they wanted to go to .... I would say Andrina and her team have done a grand job in the circumstances and the evidence is there for all to see with recently ordered tickets dropping through letterboxes today ....... I emailed her this morning asking for a quick update on tickets, and that is now posted on the sticky thread on this part of the forum. Hopefully she will keep us updated and we can keep that thread up to date. the information will also be on the official site too.

It is unlikely that there will be any North Stand tickets left on the day of the game but if there are, these tickets are likely to be down the very front so not the best view ! The family section is almost sold out so if you want tickets for that part of the ground you better act quickly. It is recommended that any (home) fan who knows they are coming to the game pre-purchase their ticket(s) either in person, over the phone, or online. Kyle Lafferty
If you watch this version, which has an extended showing of the players 'face-on' as it were, you can see that lafferty is just a cheating scumbag and if anything he should have been the one that was red carded as he is the one with "forward motion" of the head during the incident.... equally incendiary is the wink to his team-mates as the clip ends. I wonder if the "Falkirk Two" in the Innes will be looking for a ticket for this one !!! I dont know the names - sure Caley100 will know who I mean - but despite supposedly supporting Falkirk for donkeys years, they have never attempted to go to a game, even when ICT were playing Falkirk at home in various divisions and offered free use of someone's season ticket !!!

Those in the ticket office are always very professional and any shambles - if it exists - is usually further up the food chain !!!

Matchday Thread: Kilmarnock -v- Ict
Ayr 1-2 Brechin in the playoffs right now ..... nothing that interesting in that but an ICT connection in all the goals ..... Ayr scorer Bryan Prunty, both Brechin goals ....... Rory McAllister !!!

Matchday Thread: Kilmarnock -v- Ict
if we score (ie. win) and the rest of the results stay as they are, we will be safe
-
Matchday Thread: Kilmarnock -v- Ict
you sure ??? Assuming the results stand as they are right now ..... ICT -19gd / 38 pts Accies -21gd / 38pts St Mirren -19gd/ 37pts Falkirk -15gd / 35pts next wk - ICT -V- Falkirk St Mirren -V- Accies If Accies/St Mirren is a draw, Accies go to 39pts, St Mirren to 38pts with a -19gd. If Falkirk then win 1-0 against us they would go to 38pts with -14 gd and we would go down as the worst team of three on 38pts and a gd of -20 we need a goal

If TB has a player in his squad who he thinks is good enough then I would hope that GB or SP would listen to him and either give the player a chance or come out and watch him for themselves. The same would apply if SP saw a decent prospect at Falkirk. Its got to be better having a Scotland coach in the camp seeing a player in every game and in training all week than having one of them visit a game once in a blue moon and maybe seeing that player having a rare off-day ! I think TB is professional enough, and would value his reputation enough that he would only recommend someone if they were worthy ... eg. Ian Black for the recent 'B' squad.

agree with Absent Friend. I said it on another thread but I believe that Butcher will be a big draw for players either signing or re-signing for ICT. For one thing, he is respected in the game as a player, captain, manager (at Motherwell at least), and even as a TV pundit - a good example of this was that within days of his appointment he had been invited onto a SPL manager's committee that his predecessor had been snubbed for. For another thing, his role as Scotland assistant may well persuade a few players with a good pedigree who arent classed as "superstars" to make ICT their home in the hope they can impress their way into the international setup. Of the players we have, I hope that Butcher can keep all those that he wants. We know we will lose Blackie to Hearts and Fraser to Motherwell, as those deals were done and dusted in the bad old days, but I havent heard rumblings from anyone else ... the only rumblings have been from the club making the point that they cannot make a decision until our SPL status is decided and that is a sensible move.

think there are also copyright issues with Bring it on Home are there not ? It was one of the reasons the club stopped playing it.
