  1. As a pay-at-the-gater who doesn't have to take any kids along I wasn't too familiar with season ticket prices so I just checked and it is indeed some mark up and it has changed my tune a bit - £17 for a kid for one game against £60 for a season ticket in the family section!

    Hard to justify .

Definately something for the supporters trust to pursue.

The Trust meet with the FC Board on a monthly basis and it's on the agenda time and time again...

for some reason the club aren't keen to reduce prices at the gate.

however - they are supposed to be a bit quicker off the mark this year with season ticket prices and have much more advertising about the cost of them and the ways you can pay...

cold comfort for this game I know..

  2. just to let you know that fans of other teams have been arrested and charged with racial abuse for shouting things like 'refugee' or 'asylum seeker' at the Hearts players.

Please please don't let it happen to any of our supporters...

  3. The situation with the earlier fixture at Tynie was that it was all ticket but there was very little warning of this.

If this is to be repeated I hope the club make an effort and get the word out as disappointed fans nearly missed out last time had Graeme Bennet not stepped in to secure some tickets for them.

I think Alan  Savage had something to do with it too RIG :005:

  4. token gestures like this share transfer is about all i could stomach to be honest and im glad we (ict) arent going any further.  the supporters trust, members club or any other fans group are exactly the type of people i wouldnt trust to run a football club, especially the supporters trust as it stands today as theres far too many disruptve personalities behind the scenes.  anybody with enough free time (ok thats horribly unfair to most of the members and i expect to be taken up on this!) to spend getting involved with this kind of movement clearly has some psychological damage somewhere, i imagine them all to be a bit compulsive or insecure in the real world and id just rather they didnt use ict as part of the healing process.  but hey who am i to say, everybody needs something in their lives to belong to, right?  i just hope the board see straight through them and they concentrate on their own agenda, which at this stage looks like 'lets make as much money and be as successful as we can', magic.

and caley d, that last part of your message made me laugh quite loudly  :022:

Clacher - I think some of your comments in here are a wee bit unfair given that some of the folk working with the Supporters Club and the Trust have been very supportive of you in the past in many ways.

and I'm not quite sure what you mean by disruptive personalities behind the scenes in the Trust...

  5. Clacher i'm up for that deffo but need to be kid friendly cause my boy wants go (9 years old) if there is anyone arranging and can accomodate we will gladly take up the invitation.

  6. I can exclusively reveal that she has returned in body if not in mind. PB's prediction of a sore head seems a fair assessment.  :015:

Remember if your sitting near her today to sing loudly. :021: :021:

there was much singing and shouting today...

and i don't know if my mind will ever return.....

  7. With Celtic focussed on reaching the last 16 in the Champions League and their forthcoming epic encounter with AC Milan should we not clap them on to the tune 'Stand up for the Champions'?

Our supporters are fair and decent after all.

    Dearie Me!!!

    No! :001:

  8. Remembering that after the Juanjo incident, Celtic had the Lemon as the featured player in the matchday programme when we next played them and he was named man of the match.  Then he made Pressley the captain for the recent Hearts match.  What's the chances that now they've pretty much won the league WGS decides to play Mark Brown in goals???? :008:

Edited so RossP might be able to understand....  :003:

  9. Is there actually an official source for this story other than alleged hearing it ?  :017:

This has to be a wind up, I'll come back and say I'm wrong if it turns out he has gone to Celtic, But I cant believe this, it's priceless and that so many have fallen for it if it is a windup because It's just the sort of story that cannot be made up. :015:

    Trust me - it's true!! :004:
