  1. Gross misconduct? Shouldn't cost a penny. MM on the other hand is a different story.
  2. If you were a teller in a bank and a customer was abusive would you respond in kind? If you did you'd find yourself out of a job or on a disciplinary at the very least. Butcher has lost the dressing room, the support and now he's lost the plot. Dude, I don't normally disagree with you but I do on this one. Generalisations don't prove anything, and if I was abused to that degree at work, I'd have the guilty removed before it got near responding. Don't suppose TB's got that luxury. He is not entitled to turn and abuse his own support either, although some on here think it's ok.
  3. I'd leave it to May for predictions to be on the safe side. There is no panic but the fans deserve better than they are getting. Is Butcher fulfilling his contract and realising his own potential for the benefit of this club? Or is he spreading himself too thin on the ground?

  5. I'm pro ICT and see the current set-up at both Board and Managerial level as a threat to the very foundation of the club. We are on a slippery slope.
  6. You are getting at it in your earlier posts. My point is simply there are a number of factors as to what contributed to our relegation on the final day of the season. Tokelys sending off being perhaps the biggest one. The biggest factor that contributed to our relegation on the last day was the fact that we had not already assured safety. Simple really, Butcher relegated us. Brewster did the ground work but Butcher finished us off.
  7. I am speculating that his actions contributed to us losing the game. I fail to see how it is Butchers fault that Tokely was sent off. Who said that? The manager is responsible for results on the park. He selects the players and dictates the tactics. What is your point RIG?
  8. You are speculating that Tokely being sent off lost us the game. I expect better.
  9. He is responsible as he was the manager. End of.
  10. Who picked those players Jock?
  11. Chips.
  12. The first round of games are nearly over, we have raith mid week, and then we are back to Dunfermline on saturday. Exactly and like I said shoogly peg. So you want to see the team lose 6 more points before yoou cast judgement on Butcher? Fors gods sake. im no master tactician but i can see that 4-5-1 doesnt work when you are supposed to be the most aggressive team in the division. We should be hitting these teams for 6 every week. Even if we dont win, we should be there or there abouts. So far we have been made a fool out of by mediocre 2nd tier sides when less than 12 months ago we were playing and beating top scottish opposition. The time for talk is over and action must swiftly follow. Butcher must go now or Division 2 here we come I don't want to see the team drop any more points but what if we win the next two games? Things won't look quite so bad. They may go on to drive up the league. I seriously doubt it but it's only fair to have a full round of fixtures. I never expected to win the first division this year but I expected to be thereabouts at the end of the season. Another two games will either see us higher or lower and then we can look at it. Lower he's out, higher and his coat's still on a shoogly peg unless we start to win convincingly home and away. Raith will hammer us down in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline will want revenge for the opening day There will then be something tangeable for the trust to take to the board, early doors or not 9 points from 27 is not acceptable to anyone when we are supposedly bouncing back up (the Boards words not mine).
  13. Wasnt he not the same person who took off our strikers when we were 2-0 up against Kilmarnock(which would have guaranteed safety) only to concede 2 goals. Same with Motherwell. He is also the same man who thinks playing 4-5-1 at home is acceptable and not making drastic changes until th game is out of our reach. He is also the same who verbally abuses paying fans bcause he didnt like what they were saying. Butcher must go. end of! It is the man whose contract ends at the end of the season and will be away no matter what we want or think.
  14. If I was crap at my job, I'd be out of a job. A fair days wage for a fair days work? How many at TCS could put their hands on their heart and say they did a good job? If I was a glory hunter, I'd be off to County to see some good attractive football and goals. Never ever thought I'd see gloryhunter in a post with County. That hurts.

  17. I think we should wait and reassess after the first round of games is over before taking any action but he needs to know his coats on a shoogly peg
  18. So when a team he inherited gains a few points and rises up the table he gets the plaudits, interesting that as time has gone on the team has become increasingly dire. We were relegated but Butcher was safe from criticism as we were bottom when he arrived. He couldn't lose either way. The quality of squad we have is down to the manager, the buck stops there. End of...Finito....Kaput...Kapish?
  19. Butcher's a feckin joke 3-1
  20. granted apparently
  21. Imrie on the right, again?
  22. big square thing with a net
  23. Sounds like a poor contact on the plug/socket, have you tried a different socket on the pc?
