Instilling or destroying confidence?
Or the whole club for that matter, eh? Brewster is a ne'er do well that should have been left alone by the DofF last year. We're dooooooomed!

It's all part of Brews masterplan to surround himself with yesmen.

Caley D - ICT scorecard
My thoughts on success for ICT based on current circumstances. ICT is a business, so a year on year increase in profit. For me, a week on week improvement in entertainment. There needs to be a balance between the two or one will suffer drastically. Simple.

Handcuffs Celebration
He's apologised to the boys' parents and they accepted, end of story as far as they're concerned. I hope they can now get some kind of normality into their lives now.

Duff V Proctor V McGuire
Duff. At 6'2 he's got the height but he's quite the thin guy and whilst he may lose a touch of pace, working on his upper body strength could lead him to being a more commanding figure. At 5'11" 11st is around average but a few pounds of muscle on the 12'6" frame of Duff would do no harm. And given his youth now is the perfect time. At 12'6" should he not just sit in goals.

Hello all!
The summers are great here aren't they? Hope you like Foyers, it's got more than it's share of idiots though. Really?? It seems so peaceful, and with it being so far from the City I thought the idiots would be few and far between... It was either this house or a farmhouse just outside Muir of Ord, but the potholes down the track to the house put us off that one, plus it wasn't available until the end of november. They're harmless but idiots nonetheless. It is a village or did that escape you?

Heads on a Plate
One of the worst managers ever. Remember his formation at Spurs, was it five or six strikers they played? If you read other teams forums or P&B you see that every current manager in the SPL, except Levein and Laszlo, has fans who want them out. Maybe Billy Reid as well. Falkirk fans periodically bay for Yogi's blood, it's only reall the last six months or so that the calls for him to go have abated. Earlier this season St Mirren fans were after McPherson for negative football and pish results, Killie fans a few seasons ago started one of those online petitions to get Jeffries sacked, Hibs fans were calling in large numbers for Mixu to go during this pre-season and Aberdeen fans seem to hate Calderwood with a passion, despite them having reached the top six for three seasons in a row and progressed in Europe last time out. Lots of football fans are complete muppets and the internet, phone-ins etc gives them a voice. The fact that a significant proportion of Celtic fans hate Gordon Strachan despite him winning three titles in a row and getting the team further in the Champions League than ever before all on a smaller budget than his predecessor says it all. So what you're really saying is that we have matured into being a true SPL club and that part of that is a perpetual discontentment with officialdom? I suppose there's something in that, but as for Celtic fans hating WGS it's because he's not "Celtic minded". I know a team where he'd be appreciated.

Credit where credit's due
In the intrests of fairness you shouldn't include Gretna either, but that'll just make it look even worse.

nostalgia!
Nostalgia is a thing of the past, now we have Neuralgia.

Heads on a Plate
Unfortunately not, which might cost us 9 points this season which we'll probably need.

Handcuffs Celebration
These days on internet forums, people seem to take disagreeing with them as a personal insult and hit back with some form of personal abuse. He's still bitter about the merger, what gets me is why come onto an ICT website if it's so painful.

DC I would prefer it if you would refrain from profanities, misinformed or misguided may be more appropriate.

I'm not "pro-Brew" or "anti-Brew", but I am anti the continual negativity. If the "anti-Brew" brigade are not trying to change peoples minds, why the plethora of threads and posts. OK I accept many of you do get behind the team, fair point, but collectively all fans need to do more at home games. The jury's out on Brew, for many of the reasons you state, but the point remains this season we are doing no worse than anyone else. I agree the results from Jan to the end of last season were abysmal but we have often underperformed after being safe and rolling it into this seasons performances isn't really fair, not least because of the changes in the squad. Who's to blame for that then, if not Brewster?

Handcuffs Celebration
The hate mongering tabloid journalists have a moral duty to report things as they see them. I'd doubt that this report sold a lot of papers but if it highlights insensitive behaviour of "professional sportsmen" at a time when supporters are being lambasted then maybe there will be some guidelines sent out to clubs identifying inappropriate behaviour.

That's a lot of bullshlt. Aaron and Bens' parents are paying the price. Their sentence won't end in 7 years.

I don't think the Float Planes are allowed to land on the water if there's a tarmac alternative nearby, I could be wrong and if so that would be a brilliant addition to the Marina Development at the Harbour. I could envisage a large fleet based in the Beauly Firth.- IF ICT folded........
Elgin City, as that's where a lot of the locals in the current playing squad would probabaly end up if they were to blame for the collapse of ICT and I could shout lots of "encouragement at them".- If you met Brew tomorrow...
Your village called, they want you back.- Mark Brown
The level of negativity on this forum has reached new depths, cheers Brewster. Does no-one think he's capable of ousting Boruc? He has a chance to prove his worth now on the big stage. Maybe he'll even be spotted by a big team.- Poppies this Saturday.
i agree with you 100% The charity was set-up before the NHS came into existence so while politicians are not entirely blameless......................................................... ........................ who can blame them? Whats the NHS got to do with it. The Earl Haig Fund strives to provide those inflicted by war a reasonable standard of life after their injuries are treated. The government are the ones who should be doing this through better pensions, improved social and welfare care etc. I work for a company who, through their pension scheme, will provide for my health and welfare, and that of my family, should I be injured to the point of being unable to work while in their service. Shouldn't Servicemen not expect the same from their employer? My point was that the Earl Haig Fund was established before we had a National Health Service and that politicians are quite happy to accept the status quo. I don't necessarily like it but that's the way it was and is. To be honest if I or any member of my family was a war veteran in need of care I wouldn't really want the care of the NHS we have today anyway, they're in safer hands where they are now.
