No, income has dropped. Prize money and gate receipts massively down since the Premiership days.

Certain running costs have increased with energy being one of them, and Big Dunc won’t be cheap, but look at the current squad and compare it with the one we had even in our relegation season. We are certainly not spending more than we did in the Premiership.

We are very top heavy management wise off park. A few probably on bumper salaries.

I expect income has dropped too as very few fan activities under the current regime. Hospitality for example is top bracket only with no cheaper offerings

Can anyone who was at the game shed any light on who was booked when Moult scored. Was it Carragher and Bollan as shown on ICT twitter account or Boyes as shown everywhere else??? Or maybe all three???

Caleycalum assures me it was Carragher.

Great away day today. The young lads down the front were very vocal………… Sack The Board and Gardiner out were the main chants. A bridge & Castle for full effect was also flung in ,  Love it…….. but why only away days  ??????  Do you think SG and any board members were at the game, if so they surely heard it.

Because they wouldn't be allowed to sing such ditties at home?

Is it just me wondering how on earth Cillian Sheridan is managing to score regularly for Queen's Park?  Apparently Sean Welsh was very good again today.  Like others I agree a point at Dundee United under normal circumstances would be a welcome one and it is. However, we are in a predicament which means we cannot be happy with a draw in any match.  I hope we go to Partick next week with an attacking mentality.  We are running out of matches and must do everything we can to win every one of them.

Truth...I don't think he ever got a proper chance with us? Look at Oakley too. Sometimes down to a system

The other results haven’t helped at all. Could have done with Ayr taking at least a point against Queens which would have reined them in. Instead our nearest rivals are Ayr with a game in hand. Also the Pars winning at Morton has stretched their lead.

Fearing what's to come now. Big Duncs interview was bizarre given our position. Yes a point at United would be fine other times but with Ayr having a game in hand and the games running out we are in a precarious position

For all vocal dissenters nobody is proposing how given our finances and likelihood the club are not directly paying for Ferguson (and assume Bollan) we as a club would afford a new manager and who they expect to turn us into world beater given the situation.

Since the season started the club have shed wages and liabilities from the manager, DoF, backroom staff, senior players and parted out on loan almost all fringe players. That's a pretty comprehensive list of cost cutting measures.

Which suggests we are in real trouble financially. More so now after the Council decision. Some transparency re what happens now would be welcome

Given when Welsh put his house up for sale and Carson’s circumstances we need to agree to disagree.

I’ve no idea what view Gardiner had of either, but I don’t see how Ferguson can be held accountable for them moving on.

I'm with CT1998 here especially re Carson. His family were all over social media saying that was not the case. He was 'encouraged' to accept Livi offer as wouldn't have been offered a new deal in the summer.

That was disgraceful. He was out of order for bringing up relevant points. Where as Oldham could lie about non existent intimidating emails that his fellow councillors rubbished immediately after.

You even had one councillor making reference to her safety and drawing comparisons to how MP’s like Jo Cox were murdered. All because we sent in emails.

It’s clear many on the Highland Council believe they are above us. And free from any and all criticism

Did think that very odd! Surely being lobbied in a respectful manner is part of being a Cllr.

Not the same thing at all. I  don't park at the stadium because I think £5 is ridiculous and also getting out of the casr park can be time consuming.  It's also easier for me to get home by parking in the Longman.

Happy to give the club money buying food, merchandise etc but draw the line at paying £90 minimum  a season for parking.

    Agreed. My thoughts exactly..

Had an email back from one Monsieur David Fraser of the Aird and Loch Ness Ward simply stating "Thank you and I have noted your comments. As it is a live application, I cannot comment further". Can only assume all the councillors of the HC have been handed this cut and paste dialogue to reply with if they decide to

He's,my Cllr too. Did for for plan at planning though. The other 2 Cllrs in the ward Chris Balance and Emma Knox are signatories to pull this back to full council.

Thanks.  This illustrates my point about the confusion.  You suggest the discussion at the meeting that there is no guidance for the fire assessment of battery storage in Scotland, but that is contradicted by the Community Councils who base their objections on BESS site guidelines from the National Fire Chiefs Council.  The NFCC is a UK wide body, but in any case, it is complete nonsense to say that just because there is no guidance available you can't refuse an application.  The person responsible for providing fire safety advice to the Council has a professional responsibility to use whatever sources are available in order to give the best advice possible.  If consent is given, of course it is likely to be subject to conditions and inspection prior to operations starting up, but giving consent means that, subject to conditions, it is considered safe.

The Chairman named the individual he had spoken to at national level fire service. Can't remember title but something similar to being in charge of health and safety. He said the fire service hadn't objected at planning so there was no issue. After planning granted they'd come in and look at exits, hardstandings etc and look at the fire plan and advise. Someone asked if thus was in writing and he alluded this was.

Usual 3hr drive to game, 90 joylesss minutes of football, fifty quid parking ticket, 3 hr drive home. See y'all same time next week for more of the same dross.

If I was a conspiracy theorist I'd wonder why the Council parking attendants made an appearance yesterday?

Thats cute, but won't do squat when it gets brought up in the courts/against the Scottish Government.

Also why are councillors of areas 100+ miles away getting involved in this? Having one all the way from Fort William in the original vote was a mystery, but now everyone all the way up in Caithness and the like are coming out of the woodwork? Surely it only makes sense to only have Inverness area councillors vote/have a word as its an Inverness based issue

That's not the way HC operates though?

Someone in that article has done their homework? I certainly wasn't aware that the trust gives money or grants to the football club. Anyone able to shed some light on this?

Hah, good one. Nah, not really. Nothing that was said last night was new to anyone who has followed the details with the exception of the £3.4M figure that captivated the audience.

It was interesting Morrison seemed to stop and quickly move on when asked to reveal who the buyers were - that could have turned into an uncomfortable moment given the rumours circulating the cities drinking establishments about who the buyers are.

    Oh do share lol

Lots of criticism, sniping and still conjecture posted here on the matter yet seems when the opportunity presented some stayed silent.

I think the chairman's slightly aggressive response to Charles Banbermans question probably put people off?

Tbh I think folk were respectful and were listening carefully and taking everything in? I think there may be further questions when/if meeting goes against us next week? Mainly how do they get accounts passed whilst we wait on result of ScotGov appeal and how will club be funded to keep going until then?

Decent turnout and probably would have been more if more notice

So should they have given the Rose Street Hall a stay of execution to host this meeting, OCG?😱 Could have saved a lot of demolition costs.😩

Never thought we'd be in a position like those meetings ever again Charles tbh
