  1. Dont worry Dofers Dad - Caley D and davie are now clearly part of the established TCS set up and have to try and denigrate any form of criticism - without looking at what has been said. Look forward to you joining me in the corner with the white conical hat with a big D on it. They appear to be taking on the TB stance of trying to stamp out any form of very considered and reasoned criticism. "I have to say that I really can't remember when I have seen a post so misquoted and so misinterpreted. No doubt there have been many much more positive posts than mine but I would have thought it was an objective post with a positive spin." - Join the feckin club as it happens to me on a regular basis. I have no issue with people disagreeing with me and pointing out I am talking rubbish when I am talking rubbish (and I do from time to time!) but it really is not helpful to constructive discussion on this forum when posters are serially misquoted and misinterpreted in this way. Perhaps they are trying to decimate the population of this forum in the same manner as TB and the TCS
  2. What will definitely not help is Terry trying reverse psychology. Nor will it help to pick battles with fans. I thought Kenny Shiels had some good things to say. Just ponder a moment on those two statements.
  3. I have only just realised that Mahonio posts shyte and doesnt feckin know how to say the likes of bollicks or crapp without enticing apos******
  4. Lets play our home games in Chorley ??
  5. On the way oop from Chorley on the train mate - Let us know who you are tomorrow and head fer the Supporters club at the ground.
  6. That is absolutely feckin disgraceful from Butcher and sorry but pure narcissism. He is going down the pan in my estimation. IT NEVER HAS ANYTHING TO DO BUT WITH FECKIN HIM. That stoopid, pathetic outburst totally smells of denial and projection and will be a ready used excuse fer feckin off in the summer. Fer fecks sake TB - start taking some of the blame and the responsibility. Be a feckin MAN - that does not mean flattening yer critics - it means taking a portion of the feckin blame , shouldering it and protecting yer players.
  7. What TB should do is apologise to the fan and explain why he was so frustrated. Then he should say summat along the lines of admitting that he has got some of the tactics wrong recently but has learned his lesson. That would certainly gain him my respect and would go a long way to shuttin up the boo boys.
  8. Not as a feckin substitute it is not and also not against certain teams. Roberts is another example. I am still unsure as to whether Shane has the ability to be a centre forward but I would love to see him given a chance to see - he certainly ain't a winger. Ditto for Rastamouse.
  9. Have you no feckin idea how to deal with the grieving ?
  10. I will go back to what I said last season. If only TB would shoulder some of the blame - as many other managers do - and accept some of the criticism aimed at him he would probably be viewed as being more human. I think however that most of us would find it difficult to sit there and take vitriol and abuse - especially on a night when TB must have been as frustrated or more than most at our lack of taking chances and giving us all a bit of confidence. He does have narcissistic traits without a doubt - and that is not a condemnation. TB has the makings of a very good manager - if only he would recognise his deficits, admit to them and learn from his mistakes.
  11. And peeple say that I post and talk drivel Here is a bit of common ground. On paper, individually and as ateam last night we were superior to Killie so from the off we were expected to win - apart from those of us who have suffered before. It sounds like we actually played them off the park and had a stonewall penalty denied. It feels to me that if we had actually scored a second then the flood gates would have possibly opened. I have said it many times before but there is nothing wrong with the system (Plan A) and when it works and the opposition are unable to thwart it then it can be very, very effective. TB can do nowt about McKay losing his scoring touch or several individual players missing numerous chances. To be fair we aint exactly got "power players" on the bench to take on either. Losing Foran and his aerial ability is also a big miss. But there were tactical deficits - if Plan A was working why make any substitutions - unless they were due to injury ? Sorry but even the basic armchair manager knows that there are times that you hold what you have got but you do not make late changes that could upset the rhythm. I was also intersted to note that Shiels appears to have changed his approach late on and it was one of his substitutes that got the equaliser. Why feckin perisit in playing McKay up on his own - especially at home - why not try Sutherland and Roberts up with him or as replacements. That kind of substitution does not create so much damage. Even our timing of subs has become predictable and surely looking at the link between late substitutions and losing late goals must become apparent. I totally agree with the starting system - I totally agree with the choice of the staring X1 - I am so glad that we have become a football playing team rather than the "hoof". All I am saying that TB comes across as being so feckin stubborn that I sometimes feel that he is incapable of taking any sense of blame and clearly is not learning lessons which are abundantly clear to many of us. I also feel that there is clear "favouritism" and that must cheese off the squad members. And as fer saying we should be happy with eleventh place - bollicks - at the start of the season YES - now NO FECKIN CHANCE - if we do not make Top Six this season will be a failure. I amd actually dreading Muvversmell becos our system clearly does NOT work against them and we have adapt to cancel out their strengths.
  12. The worst thing that could happen is that TB gets the PNE job and moves into my cul-de-sac.
  13. Is that the first time that Roberts hasn't featured in a match ?
  14. He wouldn't have a scoobies about a Plan B.
  15. Well we will just have to await the feedback from the poor souls at the game. At least we are making chances but that is a Big two extra points dropped and it ain't exactly going to boost the confidence. Substitutions were inappropriate and far too late. I fear we may be in fer another hiding from Well.
  16. I was being sarcastic as well but that is the TB way.
  17. Now it would be interesting if they stick the two subs up front together - c'mon Rastamouse.
  18. Killie are ringing the changes though.
  19. So far so good then - wouldnt it be nice if we came out of the traps and scored.
  20. Now when have I heard that before ?
  21. Doran and Ross unite fer the goal but Warren is getting close to a red.
