  1. Only one answer - Drink and drugs.
  2. Interesting team selection - suggestive of blind loyalty and stubborness. Live by the sword, die by the sword
  3. Are you for real? Septic FC ashamed of nothing offended by everything We have English players so why shouldn't we fly the St Georges flag at Parkhead, and on the other hand we should fly the Tricolour at Ibrox in recognition of our Irish boys Stop pandering to the Old firm who cares what they think I certainly don't Not really sure what your agenda is but we don't want this west of Scotland rubbish up here in the Highlands dougal I'll get ma tricolour out of the loft.
  4. If only Victoria McDuff hadnt tweaked her knee during the warm up.
  5. Please dont tell me to play as a wide midfielder
  6. What price for a Tade Hat Trick ?
  7. Proctor and gash in the same sentence !!
  8. 10 stitches - some feckin cut.
  9. What the feck happened to Victoria McDuff - or is she Proctor in disguise ? Well, at least the bench is looking stronger. TBH what else could TB do today - but Proctor at central mid even if it is fer Golobart ? Plus why all of a sudden throw Chippendale in to the mix at the expense of Shinnie ? Lets all pray together.
  10. The phrase "Adding insult to injury" springs to mind. :irritated:
  11. Dont try it on Dougal lad - Here is a phottie of the New Caley Animals.
  12. BUTCHER LANDS A PRECIOUS DEFENDER by Ewan McMurray Injury ridden Inverness Caledonian Thistle plunged in to the short term loan market once again and landed a young but highly rated, old style centre half. Victoria McDuff was signed on a four month loan from local outfit Dynamo Duntelchaig who are flying high in the Dores and District Premier League. McDuff may even be throwh in to the Parkhead cauldron, partnering David Proctor. Victoria's arrival may also lead to Roman Golobart going back to Wigan under the controversial "Aldred ruling". Maurice Mispass defended the move by emphasising: "The background boys have researched this one in full. Their attention was initially attracted by the front cover story in a reputable daily tabloid and Victoria's dad sent us a video, although it was all about cheerleading. There were evidently some concerns that Victoria has been out for a couple of seasons prior to a full return in August, due to a cruciate ligament problem, but the boys have even secured a full Medical Clearance certificate from the Owen Hargreaves Rehabilatation Clinic. Terry Butcher added: "It's certainly very frustrating when people are criticising us. Nobody appears to appreciate that last week we had seventeen players out. It's really hard to take because a lot of the (missing) players are match-winners. We have to make sure everyone else does their job and does it well and grasps the opportunity, because there are opportunities there for everyone. And I would not be adverse to throwing in Victoria for her debut tomorrow either. I did say jokingly that the first 11 off the bus will start the game, so why not an 11 year old as well.
  13. The financial situation is also clearly one to worry about and the fact that we appear to track and buy individuals with a history of injuries. TB is rite to point to the loss of so many "important" players but I have yet to note any mention of shouldering the blame or a form of "togetherness" repetoire. Robbo is in the shadows and is as settled in Orionville as Butcher is in Tulloch House in Abriachan.
  14. I have taken all my clothes off and await your naked response.
  15. In fairness to TB - and in line with my prior psychological profile - the man is a winner and hates losing - he also comes across as a bit of a perfectionist. His recent outburst was probably borne out of frustration and anger at players but unfortunately projected at the support. I dont think that he has to say sorry but he should bear the blame. And as I said before - this pre season was a chaotic shambles where many errors were made.
  16. Purely from a psychological perspective the wounds are deeper than superficial. Terry has enjoyed nothing but support and plaudits from supporters, media and to a degree playing staff and the board - until recently. I suspect that he may have become too comfortable and, to be fair, appears to enjoy the Highland life and appears to have settled in the area. His personality - and management career - suggest that he uses the aggressive stance to avoid criticism or to gain respect. That ploy does not appear to be working any more. I also suspect that, despite his calm and collected demeanour, he is adverse to criticism and there must be an underlying fear of rejection or even a sense of humiliation and he has more to lose than just his job this time. There is also evidence of "splitting" behaviours in the dressing room. I have no wish to link any of this with the earlier life of TB - but take a look at Narcisstic Personality Traits and you tell me if I am way wide of the mark. The big question is whether he can reflect on this and/or allow anyone to confront him. I fer one sincerely hope that he can He has to adapt his personality, use the postive or even manipulative aspects of the traits, and become more of the appeaser, the defender than the aggressor and the victim.
