Now we are feckin cooking - irrespective of today's outcome Terry and Mo have finally sent out a message and smelt the coffee. It is a pity that Cox isnt probably quite ready yet as we are still missing that holding player unless Davis has been given that role. Isnt it funny how the fan pressure from this forum really works at times. Hope somebody can advise us of the formation / system - hopefully a 4-1-3-2

Butcher IN!
Are there any other analytical posters out there - I have to admit that I am struggling to decipher Mr Butcher's latest statement: Several of the players felt they had played well in the Dunfermline match only to realise they hadn?t, while others who felt they had a real stinker were not that bad after all. But at least it looks like we will see changes tomorrow. "I?m playing my cards close to my chest in terms of what I will do on Saturday, but there?s no doubt I?ve got a few decisions to make." Lets just hope that some fecker has shuffled the feckin pack.

Oh, my friend, it's not what they take away from you that counts. It's what you do with what you have left. Every day may not be good, but there's something good in every day. Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. Once you've established where you are, you go to the character and elaborate on expressions and action. The more elaborate our means of communication, the less we communicate but there can be no defence like elaborate courtesy Often a strength can be a weakness, and vice versa, a weakness can be a strength. In Chinese philosophy, yin and yang (e.g., dark and light) are described as complementary opposites within a greater whole. Unfotunately the narcissist despises weakness in themselves and others.

Getting in at ht
Don a yellow jacket, wear a sneer on yer face and act as if you have a low IQ - then simply state - "excuse me, I am a steward" and hey presto. Either that or get someone to phone ya at about 14.15, sob "you're joking - not nana" - put your hands in your heads and ask to leave - may not work a second time though.

Well I agree with Mark the creep Capital Caley as well. Good to see a bit of positivity on here fer once. You missed out his charisma, personality and the media coverage that he produces for us. Being 100% behind the team is a necessity when the match is being played but being 100% behind the team also requires one to voice their opinion in a constructively criticising manner. "It's more important to know, and admit to, your weaknesses than your strengths Is fhurasda caisteal gun sèisteadh a ghlèidheach.

Apolgies to all for appearing to repeat myself but the inconsistencies have been clear to be seen all season. Again the "Bottom Line" is that we dont have a recognised "spine" to the team. You simply cant win games week in and week out when you dont have recognised central defenders, no holding midfielder, shuffling the midfield around and makeshift strikers. You can have the odd better performance but the bottom line is that you have to keep clean sheets and/or score goals to climb up any table. Quite a few punters could see that in the pre season games !!

Well I am afraid it is all part and parcel of the psyche of the average football fan - deranged and delsuional to one individual is fair and rational to the next. Actually it is, in my opinion, the attraction and entertainment of forums such as these. I further suspect that the anger and frustration is evidently linked with our position at the bottom of the table, the undefined inconsistencies which abound and perhaps a "false hope" for this season. I do however take note that the loyal type of posters are beginning to sway towards gentle criticism. As I have stated on mny occasions before the injuries have undoubtedly taken their toll, feckin forget about Munro and Duncan, the mistakes were made in pre season.

Well I wouldnt be far away from that sort of thinking CD. However I suspect that TB will now make two changes - neither tactical - one unavoidable in Piermayr - and if the disciplinary approach is unchanged then I suspect that Davis will be benched at least. TB will probably leave Proctor unfortunately and will slot in Meekins. He may well have been close to starting Cox anyway but Davis may now well have brought that decision forward and copped the drop. But wouldnt it be nice if we did get rid of the bad and the ugly which would herald a host of changes. Unfortunately we had the games in the last three to four weeks to start implementing it all and change when we are facing Well,Killie,Cellic and the Jam Tarts may be yet another mistake but one that needs to be introduced sooner rather than later.

I can understand your dilemna but remember that it is part of my day to day job to analyse behaviours and communication. It is a developed art to read between the lines. I wholly concur that there is the clear genuine emotion of a person who has clearly taken to his surroundings and has become a honorary Highlander - and from a personality and media perspective thoroughly deserves it. Most of us would love to finally settle in an environment which is close to idyllic and lay down our roots. Lets for example look at two parts of the article - "We have a vision here at Inverness now, a purpose. We know where we want to go and how we can get there." - Am I missing something ? ?We can look to buy a place now, what with the security of the new contract,? - Does that not, given our current position and level of perfomance, not smack slightly of a degree of overconfidence. I have always supported TB and he is a daunting figure, which is part of his defence mechanism. I would love him to stay until the end of his contract. He sells us via the media and raises our profile but he has to start putting things together on the park and I really wish to he would assume some of the responsibility for our recent problems and stop projecting it on to other events and anybody except Terry and Mo. To blame the international break for the St Johnstone performance would have been hilarious if it was a tongue and cheek statement - but it wasnt. And look at his reaction to the Pars draw: "I've got to question my players temperament and ask do they want to be off the bottom of the league?; "How much do they want to win a game? How much do they want to keep a clean sheet? ;"Today. Not enough. We did 75% of the work to try and get a win but the other 25% we didn't put in." And who's job is it to motivate the players - To admit to 75% effort is an absolute disgrace. Butcher stuck with the same starting XI after blasting their previous performance - a 2-0 loss at St Johnstone but is now contemplating changes for next weekend's visit from his former club Motherwell. "It gives me an option now because I played the same team three times now and I've got the good, the bad and the ugly," he explained.; "We're conceding almost two goals a game and that's not good enough." That is pure avoidance - What about "I made a mistake" - Terry and Mo should have been fully aware of the good, the bad and the ugly by now - my concern is that their perception does not match the majority of the fans.

Training Methods
That was a solitary quote and this has nowt to do with the muppets - puts Caleyboys derisory quote in to perspective. "From what I heard, Maurice Malpas does the majority of the training. I really do think we should leave training methods etc to those who know what they are talking about and by that I mean up to date methods not from the old days." Perhaps the new warm up exercise is a relaxing drive through picturesque scenery.
