You could name any of our alleged strikers who couldn't put the ball in the net.... It's supposed to be a team game. At worst Djebi-zadi gave away a penalty yesterday... There is no way he should have been sent off... It's a crazy feckin rule that anyway and it's ruined many a game over the years... Awarding a penalty should be sufficient punishment for conceeding a foul in the box... You scored 1 out of 4.

I just don't understand you. You still haven't answered my previous question - which players are consistent and a 100% reliable??? You're right to inply that no player is 100% reliable. We've seen that many times this season alone. However what you need to understand is that once IHE has a 'down' on a player, there is no changing him, no matter how well that player does. We've seen it before with Marius. Fortunately, not all ICT supporters are so blinkered. Keep the faith! I ended up loving Marius - and I said many, many complimentary things about him. I suppose that my problem is that I have a sharp tactical brain and I am not shy to voice criticism when it is required. I am the one who doesnt look at things through rose tinted specs. I actually answered the question befor you did but again that is probably down to speed of thought. I am keeping the faith and protecting the faith. Have you actually ever seen Lionel play ?

You like to dish it out but for one so brash you seem a little over-sensitive to any criticism that comes back at you in IMHO. IHE A few hours earlier... IHE Keep taking the pills Sorry but I am merely stating the obvious. As fer ma quotes - I never wrote him off - I have said a lot of complimentary things about him - His problem is playing him in a position where he can do damage.

By that reasoning should you not be "overthebridge"? Or perhaps Lionel should be ? I just don't understand you. You still haven't answered my previous question - which players are consistent and a 100% reliable??? I cant think of one in the world actually. I suspect that is the right answer ? Here are a few fer you - 1) which player ultimately cost ICT a place in a Hampden semi final ? 2) Name the player whose ineptitude cost the club at least ?250,000.00 ? 3) Name the player who has only just encouraged a section of the support to take him seriously ? 4) Name the player that many fans hold their breaths when he gets on the ball ? One answer fer 1,2,3 - multi choice in 4. :thumb04:

I reckon that at least a 1000 stayed away as they feared Lionel would start and the expected would happen.

I would have simply have said that it was another case of poor communication from the club - There shouldnt be chinese whispers. And dont worry peeple on here often stick their heads in the sands - just look at how often certain posters argue against my undoubtable knowledge and inside knowledge - and end up with egg on their faces.

Yes - I can appreciate that logic BUT it could also be that if he stays at ICT he is practically sure to start every week, he could be the main man with a team being built around him. In that scenario he could build up his reputation and get bigger fish chasinc him. He could just blend into the background elsewhere. Difficult but there are two main different outcome scenarios - I reckon Black went becos he was going absolutely nowhere under Brewster. I reckon that he would only stay if he knew Butcher was staying as well - so this may be a good time story all round - But we have to survive in the SPL fer the tale to come true.

He gives his all and has more postive attributes than negative, as long as he is eager to learn he could become an excellent player for us. It was a ludicrous challenge today though and will probably give Tel a decision to play him for the next game or not I can't remember them having a shot on goal after we had a man sent off.. gutted because I live beside hampden so would have been an easy journey but it was obviously going to happen IMO Was that a restrained reply or do you agree with me Hairy ? I agree with you except he is NOT a full back - he is NOT a defender - he is not a SPL player. That Tel decision - if he dares to make it - could cost us dear - perhaps as usual I am the one opening ma gob but many agree with me. I really think that we ould have gone even further than one visit to Hampden - and I was so looking forward to staying wiv ya. What a load of tosh. Our back of Tokely Pavel Munro Lionel is as solid as any we've ever had in the SPL. Only a zealot would call for Lionel never to start a game for the club ever again after he gives away 1 penalty. You blatantly hated to see him succeed and now take delight in seeing him slip up. Real ICT fans are delighted with how the big man has performed for the team since he was given a chance. You're right about alot of things but the way you constantly write off Lionel no matter how well he's actually performing is pretty poor form on your part. He doesn't deserve it at all. You are probably the biggest ******** on this site - Read my comments about Lionel at Ibrox - We have a great back three who cover for Lionel. Read my posts - I have read yours and you have got it all wrong - I have got it all right - I never wrote Lionel off - HE IS NOT A FULL BACK - HE IS NOT A DEFENDER - HE IS A LIABILITY AT THE BACK. I was "entertained" by him at Ibrox - but being a nice guy and having heart is NOT going to keep us up. As I said before - if we were safe - he would be bearable entertainment - put him back in and he could really cost us - more than he has already - get off yer high horse and admit it ya tatw.
-
Djebi-zadi
Oh - fer fecks sake - he is a nice guy but he is not SPL standard - he will never make the grade - if we go fer the nice guy routine - we may hit the SPL. He is / was an accident waiting to happen. We are now in a situstion where we cannot take risks.

Well we blew a big chance today but at least now we have to focus on survival. The next two games are now as big as we have ever had in our history. I'll be there - will you ? This is a case of all on board the HMS Sneck and all hands to the pumps - I BELIEVE.

Perhaps they were as big a numpty as those who idolised an accident waiting to happen.

From what I gather there were loads of chinese whispers and rumours and no clear statement - Not like our feckin muppets that - perhaps we can do a feckin swop for Zebidee - He may well do well on ****** pitches.

Personally I am more cheesed off by the Lionel support on here - The guy has cost us dear - Yes it was a human error - but an error that was just waiting to happen. He looks like a sound guy - with passion and committment and desire but he is a liability at the back - full feckin stop. If he ever plays again it should be from the bench and in the middle of the park. Note all the feckin avatars and signatures have gone.

Djebi-zadi
Hopefully he is out fer the season before he costs us the SPL as well. Lets face it - he was an accident waiting to happen - I worried that he was cost us dear and oh my gawd - it is at the expense of a Hampden Semi Final, a great day out fer the fans, much needed spondoolachs and a possible UEFA place. He may be a wee bit of a fan favourite - with a wee bit of the Niculae hysteria atteached - and oh how everybody loves a nice guy down on his luck doing good - and certain posters going well over the top in regard to the footballing abilities which were never there. Fer once - I am really gutted that I was rite again.

Pavels On Loan
PAVELS MIHADJUKS hopes he isn?t forced to leave Caley Thistle in the summer ? after revealing he is only ON LOAN at the club. Inverness had hoped to push through a permanent deal for the Latvian defender when he signed in January. But Mihadjuks has told how FK Ventspils went back on their word that he could leave for free and instead agreed a short-term deal until May. Ventspils could ask for him back after that and the news will shock fans of the Highland club after the 28-year-old?s star performances. Mihadjuks said: ?In May I have to go back to Latvia, but I?d really like to stay here beyond then. ?I?m under contract with Ventspils until December and I don?t know if my club will ask for money in the summer. ?At the start they said they would let me leave for free, but then after I came over here and found a club they changed their mind and said it was only a loan. ?I was disappointed because it is my dream to keep on playing here and stay at Inverness for longer.

How Much Is A Semi-final Worth To Ictfc?
Feck me if we can get to Hampden we could afford to pay off Marius Niculae.

mbv moaning is only having his say, and quite rightly so, and there have been many detractors of Black fer months - even before his Jam Tart decision. I can appreciate that some fans bemoan the fact that he is moving on. Personally I detest these pre contracts and I do actually feel that if you want to go elsewhere you should go immediately or wait till the summer to finally decide. It was just a matter of time before Blackie moved up anyway. I feel that Brewster was the reason that Black decided to call it a day - BUT despite my reticence regarding pre contracts we really needed / need Black to save ourselves form the drop. I had no doubt - like Dods - that he was professional enuff to do the business. I reckon Cowie was in the same boat - Black would still be the first name on my sheet this season - or at least until we were safe. If we were mid table and heading to safety I would be considering shutting the door on Black and letting future players play. But I hope he bows out at Hampden. It is not as if he is a Wayne feckin Rooney.

Success Or Failure
Still too early to say - it could get to be a really good season - survival and a Hampden visit would be the tops - But thank gawd fer the Supporters Trust meeting in early January as Brewster and the muppets would have had us all in feckin tears by now.
