Medical Research
I have just been contacted by Astra Zeneca who are interested in piloting a new anti depressant in the Inverness area. They just need to know any ICT fan who has personally witnessed at least four victories over the Old Firm. They will then sit the volunteer in a secluded room and get them to watch all the games again - they will tap in an EEG and a SPECT scan dye into the system. Their aim is to capture the neurophysical excitation, determine the responsible neuronal sites and to develop a reuptake inhibitor that mimics the excitation. They have obviously done their homework because they realise that some volunteers may be medication naieve and the "drug" may precipitate a state of hypermania. If this appears to be the case they aim to enter the room, slap the volunteer across the chops and shout DAVID SUTHERLAND - If that doesnt work they are going to kick the volunteer in the groin and shout GRAEME BENNETT - if all fails they are going to whisper CRAIG BREWSTER in the volunteers lughole - Feckin antidote sorted. Any volunteers ?

Walking On Air ....part 2
That is / was as good as it gets. Here are some of the memories that make me smile: Hissy's goal against Clyde. The final whistle as we beat St Johnstone. Bazza's volley at the Well QF. Bagans goal at Tynie. Harts run and cross - Denzil's finish against Cellic. Dargos volley at Castle Greyskull. Bayne chipping Letizi at Castle Greyskull. Rankin's long ranger to feck the Huns. Cowie makes it 3-2 Proctors winner at Easter Road. Now I will stop and recall - any more ?

Are you often wrong then, ?? Well No actually - or I usually avoid admitting it - but I will do in this instance - I still think that he is a mare and he isnt a full back but he would probably die for the shirt - and that is good enuff fer me. His strengths are that he is powerful, he is good in the air, he has pace, he recovers well, he tackles well, he always gets in between the oppo and goals, he is no nonsense. You often hear peeple talk about players who dont know what they are doing and neither do their own team or the opposition - but they get away with murder and can spring the odd surprise - well we have one at left back.

Didnt We Have A Lovely Day
You just cant bottle that feeling can ya !! TB pulled a big surprise by "resting" Imrie and Eric and shoving on Rooney and Morais - Tactical feckin beauty - We simply made sure that we had at least nine men behind the ball - the job of the stikers was to work their feckin socks off and they did - but we saved Imrie and Eric fer the next three crucial weeks. ESSON :D :003: :003: :003: To be honest he didnt really have that much to do - Two decent saves from Boyd and the rest was EASY - SO FECKIN EASY. Gawd did he give Zadi a feckin blasting though !! TOKELY :003: :thumb04: :018: I thought that was his best game in a long time. Fleck got past him a few times but he alwasy recovered enuff to put the wee Hun off his final ball. Rosscoe is on a dewfensive leash and I cant actually remember him crossing the half way line. SOOPERB PAVELS ;) :015: Didnt actually notice him that much which may be a good thing. He is really gelling with Munro. GRANTY :D :P :021: :D What a feckin goal line clearance and he won most things in the air - a real captains performance. DJEBI - ZADI :D :D :D The guy is becoming a wee bit of a cult figure - He has little skill, little positional sense but he has the pace, the passion and the committment. He got in the way of most things - often not by design - but I can live with that. PROCTOR :D :D :D I thought that he petered out in the second half but then he pops up in the penalty box in the 93rd minute - but he looks so lackadaisical at times. DUNCAN :D :D :D :D :D Back to his feckin best - in the hole - sweeping up everything. BLACK :D :D :D :D :D MOM by a feckin mile - Who says he hasnt got the spirit fer the fight. I reckon he would have twatted anyone who even dared stop him from taking the pen FORAN :D :D :D Ran his feckin socks off too - but I think that he is wasted wide left - Hopefully now he is proving his fitness that Butch will put him up front. ROONEY :D :D :D :D What a thankless task he had but did he feckin work at it - His lack of pace showed at times though. MORAIS :D :D :D :D This guy could be Juanjo with an engine - He looked really good at times and would have been better if we were more of an attacking force. Follow Follow GTF ; Hail Hail GTF - O2B :D

Could you imagine Brewster or the muppets coming up with that quote !! Yet another feckin slur on the club management of recent months.

What is the background Chris ? Did ya pen the Brewster article ? Were ya waving your shoe at the time ?

Hoots Mon There's A Moose Loose....
This is extremely embarrasing - we need confirmation that the ICT kilt has urine stains, skidmarks and an authentic lived in aroma - I intend to model the real deal at Castle Greyskull and on the Brechins Bar catwalk. I will also avail myself if any kind indidual would like to share their functions or aromas with me.

Well United Have Done Us A Little Favour
Said with true passion and feeling - of a converted Hun. Aint about what the others do - It is all about what we do.
-
Needs Further Debate
It isnt criticism - it is concern. Perhaps he is just another "victim" of the Brewster and the muppets era. Lets just hope that history doesnt repeat itself. This year is just as much about passion and committment after all.

What a tedious pair of toshers !! Yet another doddery twosome who cant see the meaning behind the post. I am voicing a personal critical concern which is backed, to varying degrees, by most of the unblinkered posters on here. Zebidee is doing better than anybody expected and hopefully he will maintain his confidence and get through games unscathed. At the moment he deserves to be in there but I simply feel that the likes of McBain would be the better medium and long term answer.

David Proctor
Spot on Stan - I drift back to his display at Clyde in the Championship winning penultimte game. He has suffered by walking in Rosscoe's shadow and he may well have had a run last season if it hadnt been for injury and very untimely suspensions. He is another stop gap in midfield who has taken the opportunity to impress. I reckon that he may be the first choice right back next season. And playing him in central defence is yet another clear feckin farce we suffered under Brewster and the muppets.
-
Craig Brewster Well Done
I wish Brewster all the best - I reckon he could still do a job fer a lower league outfit - and I really do hope that he sticks around long enuff to manage Tinkerville - oh gawd do I hope that. :thumb04:

Djebi-zadi
I agree 100%. It seems to me that certain posters on here can't wait for Zadi to mess up so that they can be first in with the 'I told you so' comments What a load of tosh - I have been critical cos I simply do not think that he is a full back and I am concerned that he is in a position where he will make a mistake that could really cost us. Long may he continue to flourish but history suggests that his playing well spells are short lived. Castle Greyskull may well tell us if he really has the bottle for the fite.

Pressure?
I think that we simply have to put our faith in Butcher and support the team. He has certainly dragged us out of the mire created by Brewster and the muppets - We have a lot of "winnable" games coming up and the split five are all there to be won. At the moment we have to keep in touch with the rest and then get ourselves in the mix. The pressure is well and truly on. We need everyone to be giving their all - I also suspect that Butcher will soon look to starting his strongest 11 as much as possible as most are now hitting peak fitness. As I said on another thread he has been picking a team based on passion, sticking by them to send out a message to the others - he is playing some out of position becos of their style and or pace - again I suspect that will soon change - as the pressure increases.
