Derek McInnes would 100% be my first choice, but I doubt he would leave Aberdeen for it. Any reason he can't do both jobs? Michael O'Neill is another who would be a fantastic choice I think, but again, I doubt he'd take it.

Feeling quietly optimistic but still a long shot. First things first we need to beat Malta and hope Slovakia don't win at Wembley. That will set up a monumental game against them at Hampden next month! More than we could have hoped for a few games ago!

Genuinely feel sorry for him. I was really hoping it was going to work at the start of the season but it just hasn't, at all. Will we ever have another manager that loves the club and the area as much as he does? I doubt it.
