ICT -V- Rangers : Matchday Thread
Eric can be a good player, just not strong enough for SPL, both in tackling and passing.

Inverness CT 3-0 Stranraer (FT)
I'll admit it's taking time, but this team are improving with every game. I thought our passing game last night was as good as I've seen for years, the defense is starting to gel, and plenty of width on both sides of the park. Only criticism was some unnecessary stray passes in midfield and a lack of confidence in front of goal. Rossco back made a huge difference and although not his greatest fan, Imrie would have enjoyed himself last night. All in all a good day at the office.

New Away Kit
I like the top, but the shorts don't match. It looks like two different strips. A white flash on the shorts would improve the whole strip. Saying that, I have seen worse!

Read in todays P&J that Iain and his brother have been arrested outside an Aberdeen nightclub on assualt charges. Does this hint at why he was released? Only a thought.

5th round draw
C'mon Ayr, some of the games against them over the years have been awesome. The 4 - 3 win ranks almost as highly as the celtic cup win in my league of epic ICT games.

ICT -V- Dundee Utd : matchday thread
Stunned at the level of support for Imrie. I like him as a player but he has serious discipline problems. The reason he was hooked was because he had lost the plot and was in danger of being yellow or red carded. He was fairly (and easily) robbed a few times, and deliberately fouled his opponent. In recent games he has made decent runs down the wing but has also run out of ideas or steam when he gets there, the ball ending up out for a throw or goal kick. A lack of discipline was CC's downfall, it may also be the end of CB.

Section G 1-0 Stewards
The match commander on saturday was Andy Cowie, a policeman with a sensible approach to policing. I have no doubt there would have been a wee word in someones ear to "cool it". If theres no hassle, why create some? Long may the tolerant approach continue. Well played section "G".

Passing place.
Here we go again, same old sh*te. Season after season we rely on "teamwork" and "team spirit", when what we really need is for the team to learn how to pass the ball to someone else wearing the same strip. For those who were there watching the St Mirren game, you might have noticed their pre match warm up, scared the crap out of me when I realised their whole routine was fast one touch passing! My fears were realised when they controlled the game for most of the ninety minutes. You can be as fit as f*ck, but if you give the ball away like we do you are going to lose. You cannae score if you don't have the ball, and know how to keep it. It will not be our lack of goals or how many we concede that will bury us, it wil be our lack of ability to keep possession that will do it. The latter will lead to the former. On a brighter note, we have a young team who could really go places, top six is definately up for grabs. Go get em!
