  1. My partner tells me it's all to do with chemistry..... :014:
  2. Awww... c'mon Mee.... Forgive & forget.... Brewster did raise our standards considerably in his relatively short time in charge.... He's still capable of making a meaningful contribution on the field as well - despite the fact he's almost as old as you are.... :001:
  3. I think this should have its own thread... Stephen Kenny at Dunfermline would be my first choice.. but I wouldn't be adverse to seeing Brewster back again.....
  4. That really is a shock - I thought he would at least stick around till we were off the bottom of the table... Suspect dressing-room unrest rather than pressure from the supporters or the media has brought this about. My choice for a replacement would be Stephen Kenny at Dunfermline, with Brewster second choice. Also hoping Donald might remain in some capacity. **** Campbell - no way - Best wishes to CC for the future.
  5. Very good, Milly.... Only about 6 mistakes there.... :022:
  6. Yeah - he came here mainly because no one else was interested in taking him on and he was cheap..... Good bit of business by Robbo... or was it Brew? :024: Funny old game this at times...... :crazy07:
  7. 1 up 1 down is more than enough for us to contend with..... 2 up 2 down can only be for sadomasochists.... :crazy07:
  8. Johnboy would say it looked like half of our team were suffering from E coli..... :029:
  9. Think we all must be drowning our sorrows.... Nite all.... :sillywave:
  10. I heard they were in the iron and steel business.... Didn't your mother used to iron, and your father used to steel..?
  11. Mine's a large one..... :014:
  12. And our scouting network..... :023:
  13. Wish you would stop having a go at our little **** friends.... We weren't all born with a silver spoon in the gob like you were.... My parents were so poor they used to sell clothes pegs to the gypsies....
  14. A wee weegie wummin won 35 Mill on the lottery last Friday.... I think she plans to head for Hawaii, and have a make-over.... Personally I think that 1 million would almost be enough to keep me living in the style to which I've become accustomed.... So what to do with the other 34m..? Could Caley's fortunes be transformed? Where would you start? What would y'all do with that kind of cash?
  15. I just hope his family in Romania, and his many relations in Dingwall aren't reading this..... :018:
  16. Yeah - We can tell that from these posts, mate..... :rolleyes02:
  17. We could beat the likes of Motherwell & St Mirren away from home this time last season - even Rangers, FFS....
  18. I agree with all that, but at the risk of stating the bleedin' obvious, we should have been making plans to replace him when we became aware in January 2007, that he was definitely going at the end of last season.... Be nice to see him again next Saturday..... :023:
  19. Strangely I was thinking about CB too - believe it or not he is currently in talks with Aberdeen with a view to extending his contract... 41 in December - nearly as old as the Immortal Howden Ender.... :crazy07:
  20. The goal looked very impressive on TV..... I wouldn't get tired of watching one or two of these, week in, week out.... We don't have too many options other than to persevere with Niculae, but it does sound like he needs a kick up the erse to get his fitness level up....
  21. It's not just Dods' abilty as a player that is sorely missed, it's the fact that he totally dominated and marshalled his defence - you could hear him shouting at his team-mates from the stand - all that seems to have gone now - the whole team is lacking any kind of discernable shape or cohesion. The pathetic thing about all this is we have known for 7 months that Dods was on his way.... Somebody should have been being groomed to take over, or someone should have been targetted for transfer as a suitable replacement. I've always been a big supporter of CC, and I'm quite sure he was fully aware what Dods brought to the team - Did he do enough to persuade those around him of the importance of finding a suitable replacement?
  22. Ach c'mon Rig - Granty and his long throws have become an institution around here.... You can sense the tension and anticipation every time we win a throw in our opponents half.... :014: :023:
  23. dods left us in january johnboy, or at least we knew he was going the clue to who is to blame is in your first line, at bennet to it You're absolutely right, Clacher - It's not as if Dods suddenly left us in the lurch without any warning.... Were the management not aware of his contribution to the team?
  24. And the lack of goals?? :024:
