  1. The right choice was made. He was having his way with a team mates wife, big no no. If he was having an affair with some random bird I wouldn't have seen it as necessary but in this case it had to be done.
  2. Glad about this. Never liked him as a player.

If you head up my brother's street you see cars parked outside his flat (about 4) but when you arrive outside there is only one car! Also my old car is outside my mum and dad's house and we got rid of that about 16 months ago.
  4. Thanks, I do have more but wont bore you!

  6. The photos are over 4mb so far too big, I tried to re-size but my skills are limited! I will put them on a photo site x
  7. No, work won't be paying for it. It works out ?10 extra to drive. If I take the train it means I have to sit around for 3 hours in Perth.
  8. Thanks guys, will drive but check those cameras the night before. It's my 1st time driving to Perth on my own!
  9. Any one been along the A9 south recently? I have to go to Perth on Sat for a meeting, I can take the car or train. I would prefer to take the car for time etc but I am not sure what the roads are like. Any ideas?
  10. I never really thought about the storyline like that!! I guess it wasn't the best and I did wonder why the General made it out to be such a bad place outside when they were pretty defenceless. I guess it maybe has something to do with being a women I didn't look that much into it! I was taken back by all the pretty colours x
  11. haha quite right!! I noticed they had a big bucket of old glasses but I kept mine just in case! I will remember not to take them if I go and watch another 3D film!
  12. Just wanted to say if anyone is thinking of going it is a must! What a brilliant film!! Although you get charged an extra ?2.30!! I think it must be to fund the great glasses they give you!
  13. Thinking about me off forum are you? lol
  14. lol! That's ok! Out of interest what camera was it?x
  15. I meant to update this, we bought a sony a380. If I could have some advice on how to post a picture I will post up some snow ones x
  16. Not really sure about the relationship between the game getting called off and women drivers.
  17. Changed my mind, I will be the bigger person.
  18. Compare this dedication with the Scottish Gas man I got. After waiting several days for them to come and fix a problem, he turns up and says that for health and safety reasons he won't be able to take his tools out of the van and carry them 8 yards up the driveway. I very politely offered to go and get them for him, but no no no, I wasn't insured! Seriously!! Why on earth did he even bother with the drive!! I can't believe they would watch and let people struggle. Meh!!
  19. Can I just ask anyone very nicely if you have any elderly neighbours who get care/need help to go over and check on them. If this weather continues there is no doubt that care will need to be prioritised to those who need it most i.e. bed bound, those with very little mobility. Even if you are able to clear a space for carers to park or get close. Any help would be great x
  20. Apparently the roads up to new craigs are closed for the moment.
  21. I work for Highland Home Carers but the same applies. We had one lady who couldn't get back home, another lady in her partners 4x4 out helping us get about (a big thanks to her for coming and helping me when I was stuck). I also walked most of NYE till yesterday afternoon and left my car in areas and walked about. Many others also had to walk.
  22. Thanks guys for understanding. I am glad that some people understand the dangers.
  23. Funny lol, luckily at this point today I wasn't driving.
  24. Whatever, if it is only a little snow and not dangerous then why can't people just clear it? Not hard is it? Also, you did not witness this. All the snow from her roof fell on her windscreen, there was no way she could see. The pressure from all the snow and the weight would not allow her window wipers to clear her car or if they did not instantly, thus creating an issue on a busy road. Unless she was willing to move without seeing, also creating another issue. Cleaning snow off so you can protect things like widow wipers is actually really important. As even being a man I am not sure you would have the great ability to drive unable to see. Jay the reason the snow falls from the roof is due to the heat in the car, it slides off it doesn't melt all the rest. Also it was not a hypothetical situation with my dad, that did actually happen. If you had driven around Inverness as much as I have since last wed, you would find these points frustrating. I have tried my best to get around to help the elderly as much as I can even walked until late most nights because I couldn't drive about. I also agree with cars getting left about as this has caused most of my problems.
