when will we hear eather way whats happening with him, seen as its all doom and gloom just now, i think hearing that sort of news (that we are keeping him) would cheer me in at least!! Good luck bully!! i hope we do somthing right for a change!! G

I'd go with that but stick Ross on the bench for duncan, and drop Imrie for Mcbain.
  4. did you get your socks? I wouldnt advise you wear the ones that were suggested haha. but nope im out!! Ive to keep my kilt for when i get married.... its going to be full of holes!!
  5. I'd probably accept a 2nd or 3rd finish if he is intending to stay and build for the future but at the moment he seems to be considering only this season or bust. If that's his attitude then anything but a win against Dundee is bust IMO I agree with that, and to be honest if he did get us in the top 3 then for the "love" of the club i'd hope if he stayed he'd take a massive drop in his superstar wages, so that could be used to shore up his top 3 side for an attack on the title next year, with I hope the likes of Hayes/Cox and that signing on the line for this too...

I'd choose to keep him, your solution is still IMO barking up the go straight up chain of thought, Bull is becoming a great player and with a full season under his belt, next season I forcast he'll but one of our better players, and as said, this year we are skint, and i bet he is cheaper than most CBs.... Keep him keep him keep him!! get him on a 3 year deal with pay rise on promotion and a wee pie or two for clean sheets and goals... because ive said it before and ill say it again, he has an eye for goal too.....

Its on my favs, Im providing the information for the rest of the team... at a handy hint.

ah now DC he's growing in to a great wee player, have a look back over the last few game week threads, and the smilometers, he is improving.
  9. Star, I dont think we should be moving any of the centerbacks on, we need a utility back line player one that can cover LB/CB this would mean at the very least we could rest one every now and then also makes the LB/CB role up for grads and means we get a bit of compatition!! I think Bulls done a fantastic job, when you take in to account everything about the lad. As for RB, we have Proctor as cover if needed, also Cox was billed at first as a RB and IIRC Hayes is knows for his RB skills, however I wouldnt have him there he needs his pace to attack attack attack, that said the Dundee cup game the speed of the dundee forwards and well... the lack of it on our back line has been our downfall too. hummmm The Bull is - Young Away from home New to the scottish game His season started weeks before our's did Is learning the lingo Gets a hard time from some of the older players and he is finding the back of the net more than some of our Midfielders, taking all that in to account i think hes a great big lad!! and I really do hope we sign him!! as his contracts up at the end of this month.
  10. so whats bull then? and lets be honest, hes starting to find his feet in a really good way!!
  11. hes stuck in his ways knowing he'll get a game week in week out anyway....
  12. Georgeios he talk big heap of poo Duncan and Munro are 29 ffs (I see they were born on the same day). Tokely is 30. They all have another 5 years in the game at this level. The only oldie is Roy at 35. Yet you'd keep Eagle who has not proved he is any better than Barrowman or Rory or Darren Thompson. And Duncan goes from a man who plays in the team most weeks to, not even a squad player, but free to go Obviously you know something that Pele, Robbo, Charlie, Brew and Butcher don't. Harry Im with you 110% Ive always been a fan of the lad, maybe I see more in to a player than most, but he's fantastic, seen as hes been playing fulltime for months now so give him a rest and watch him!! Ok so maybe not old but they have been with us that long they seem to just expect a game.. I think they are Complacent this is just how I see it, the likes of Duncan, well I've not rated him for about a year now, Granty well he's a good CB but not a good Captain (he has his games but has no consistency) so by making him play for his wage/place then we'll see a different player, Rossco seems to just think he's in the team. The seem to think they have a right to pull on the shirt, that's maybe fair enough but at the end of the day where would they be kicking a ball if it wasn't for Caley?? They should show there greatfullness by pulling the finger out, I remember Duncan/Rossco for example of 4 years ago, they were amazing, now the go through the motions!!

Would/Could it be possible for this link to be pinned somewhere as I use it almost daily to read up and see what hipe/PR's been thrown about at TCS, I got the ins/Out or possibly not link from this and well to be honest its a hot bed of TB talk, there is far to much on there doing my head in just now for me to pick one, but I'm hoping someone can pick just one haha http://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/SectionPa...istleFC?UserKey=
  14. Great post , nail on head :021: :) end of the day!! yes start from scratch!! but the board will not want to come out and say, yes the fans want it too so lets clear the decks and go back to basics, what made us a fantastic team in the first place!!! having somthing with nothing, now we have nothing from everything!! so yes if that was the case but that lot being the way they are.... Ill stand by my wish lists for staying and going. i'd hate to think the likes of Cox and Hayes are on big money seen as they were second choice in the second (reserves) team of lower leauge teams....
  15. Key Players Ryan Esson David Proctor Grant Munro Ross Tokely Richie Foran Jonny Hayes Adam Rooney Danni Sanchez Squad Players Roy McBain Lee Cox Stuart Golabek Eric Odhiambo Nauris Bulvitis Kyle Allison Nick Ross Jamie Duff Gavin Morrison Graeme Shinnie Shane Sutherland Robert Eagle Free to go? Lionel Djebi-Zadi Daniel Stratford Andrew Barrowman Russell Duncan Dougie Imrie Fixed. Players we need to exstend from a busness point of view and our future point of view!! Johnny Hayes / Lee Cox / Bull / Eagles / Ross / Rooney / Morrison / Sanchez / Duff. All young so not on massive money just yet, so before the bigger clubs come in, get them signed on for a few quid more drop the likes of Barrowloads and Imire use there money to tempt the above to sign a longer contract with clauses like, if we go up we'll raise your wages, if you score we'll gee you a wee pie or two, if your keep it clean we'll give you a pint or two... then they play there socks off to make a name for themselfs, to make a few extra perks then if they play up to the leauge happydays if they make names in the 1st them they make us a couple off quid, correct me if im wrong but isnt that running a club for dummys? Also that way the Older ones are playing for there place look at Duncan, Munro, Rossco, Mcbain, they are getting old and long in the tooth and let be honest, how many other clubs have ever come in for them, but they play like we owe them a favour or two... so its a win win, our young ones are playing to eather say or move on for more money, and the old ones are playing to keep the high ground or get a job in Tescos.....
  16. I think it was touched on by another thread, but how are we ment to attract others when we come out and say things like this, basicly... we're not that bothered if we keep you or now......
  17. Tam and that keep asking him about his drinking days and what was his tipple... thats not really nice...
  18. http://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/Article.aspx/1530681 The last bits a bit of a joke, the damage has been done.. (Or not with the win under our belts) and all it does IMO is make us out again to be a bit of a joke when it comes to appeals. move on! As for the Ins/Out's, he has a good point about getting the young ones out on loan to get games but I beleve Nicks good enought to feature from the bentch 1st team wise and it also seems the club is not entering discussions on contract exstentions as a bit of a kick in the teeth to the lads!! we should be atleast trying to keep them interested!! the names mentioned on the list.. if i was one, and the club coming out saying.. wait and see would have me offsky!!!!
  19. I think this is awsome news, its a start atleast for the fans we have all over the world (if it gets up and running) but from a CTO point of view also, would it be feeezable that we get a company to sponsor it, in that on demand way, just at the start and end just play a wee add for someone local or somthing...
  20. Rafa, seems to be doing a butcher and sticking Johnson out of position and keeping the stars out the game...

He's not doing a bad job at all this year for queens, without the pressure of being so far away from home lifted he would only go from good to better!!! bring him home!!

Whats the chances that we can get kiddys size's for tops? I mean 12-24 mths and the likes.
  23. The mixing it up with Foran out helped i recon, as most teams would base there tactics around keeping him under control. I recon Hayes will be the target man for control now, so keep it as it was and have Foran on the bench to come out all guns blasing once hayes has been covered after half time...
  24. I am honoured.
  25. Whats my Role then?
