I have been making enquiries through the Inverness Local History Forum and there are no photos in the Joseph Cook collection, someone suggested it might not be a belltower but a pagoda. I spoke to someone from the Archive Center but it's unlikely they will have photos but they might have drawings of the building so when I have more time I hope to go over and try to find out more. I have also had a walk around the building and it is the building in my poor quality photo. See the location marked on the map and the photo from streetview.
