  1. Here is another and it has a lighthouse.
  2. The last time I was there sitting in the car having an ice cream the council van arrived and there was suddenly a rush of people out of their cars to the parking ticket machine
  3. Chanonry Lighthouse now we need one of the dolphins
  4. Has anyone got a picture online from Hamilton?
  5. Blown off course in the minch
  6. I didn't read it properly on your post you said it was a 'fair distance from Weeman’s' and I thought it was a clue for Fair Isle my one was Fair Isle south from the ferry which is larger than the one in the north which looks like your one but I am sure there will be many that are the same design. I hope that makes sense!
  7. A big thank you to all who voted during September with 40 voting in the last game against Queen of the South The winner for September is Michael Gardyne. After three months the leader for the Player of the Year is Roddy MacGregor with Mark Ridgers in second place and third equal are Manny Duku and Shane Sutherland.
  8. Was your one Fair Isle north?
  9. I think you will have to give out the answer, don't think weeman has been walking about there
  10. The Centenary Club still exists and I have been a member since it started although the prizes are less now due to reduced membership. I miss the 50/50 draw at matches since we have been back to the games and I am sure they miss the money for the youth. I have been very lucky in both over the years! I do think the club need to promote it more or change it to attract more members locally as you say which would bring in more money to the club.
  11. I will be watching online again but I hope those travelling to Hamilton have a good day out and we get another win
  12. I am hoping it is 65
  13. That's the North one Here is the south one "from a distance"
  14. I knew you were there so will leave it for others.
  15. I had an old Corsair then a 1973 Ford Capri 1600 which was good then bought a Mk3 Cortina 2000GT which went through 3 engines and had 2 new front wings when the outer sills rusted I patched it up and traded it in and it was under 6 years old! Back then I thought the cars were good but looking back you were always working at them and mostly outside on cold winters nights, ah the good old days I had a Chevette, a MK2 Capri before going on to VW and Audi. You can't do anything to the new ones now not even a dipstick to check the oil but boy they are much better
  16. A good support again today but not so noisy in the north stand a it was the last time and the woman in front of me with the rattle who I thought was Lizi turned out to be Jenny she was making plenty noise especially when Gardine scored
  17. It's a Bristol but I can't tell you anymore. I hope you had a good time at the wedding.
  18. We need a good noisy crowd tomorrow to help the team get a few goals and back on top.
  19. Far too many there I will be up all night The photo will be early seventies and I will pick out a few rare ones. To left and above the back of the Austin/Morris FG lorry with a dark bonnet is a Volvo 123 and just above the lorry the big car looks like a Rolls or a Bentley. The second one above left of the white Austin Maxi at the BT pole (DP9) is a Hillman Imp and the next row back to the right facing sixth car in is an old Ford Zepher. The rest are the usual poor quality cars from that time including the white Ford Cortina passing on the road!
  20. I am looking forward to this one which will be tough as you say Robert but I hope it will be a bit like the Partick game with a good win for us to keep us at the top of the league.
