The new guy needs to play games to get match fit, according to a couple of players he is working his a55 off in training to try and catch up. Another 60 mins or so next week and a few games like this and we will hopefully see a different player.

Hold on a mo' 'Fleeting appearances' do you not recall last season when Dargs then Denzil got injured, CC decided not to sign a striker short term and gave the fantastic opportunity to Rory to show what he could do..... what happened next? how many games did he get 7 or8 starts? goals ? he has had plenty of chances to show us this as yet unseen talent.

It was a waste of feckin time on saturday with Rory(cannajump) and Wyness up front.. almost every throw was cleared without any danger at all. shows a lack of ideas ala long punt up the pitch.

Rossco was indeed caught out by the pace of beasley, he was lucky not to have been booked for the late tackle in the first half. Hastings was also way out of touch for most of the game, where was he when Novo got his goal? however not many of our players got pass marks on saturday, we looked very one paced and no idea how to test the Rangers defence. The defence needs cover if only to keep these guys looking over their shoulders, CC really has to ditch some of the midfield deadwood and sign 2 defensive players. We can only wait and hope that Nico can give us that wee bit extra.

To be honest Rory does not help himself very much in the effort department, would he endear himself more with the fans if he looked like tried harder? He certainly seems very static quite a lot of the time, i know you will say he's not a Bayne type player but he has the acceleration of a double decker bus with flat tyres.. time as they say, will tell.
