It's about time certain people realised who paid their wages and that it's not the BBC

State of our club perfectly summed up by the fact that Robbo is commentating on Radio Scotland tonight from the Ross County game. I don't care where we are playing , against who or when but he should be nowhere else other than at our game regardless of his role.

I don't hold any optimism for this game at all, maybe that's a good thing as I can't then be disappointed but we've been here before with regards to results. Is it too much to ask for us to perform as a team and show some heart and desire, maybe a bit of hard work and determination?

I hate this saying, while I know what you mean they do have a lot to lose and apart from being knocked out of the cup it's the effect that a defeat or even a heavy defeat can have on the team. Not to mention the fact they should be playing for personal pride. It's not just two bad games though, apart from the Cove game we've not been good enough in the league.

To be honest, I'm going to sound brutal here but if things don't improve quickly 11 games is being generous. Remember that last season we had a better start in terms of points on the board which ultimately saved him back then. If we lose the next 2 or 3 games or should I say don't win them then we're staring at the wrong end of the table in a league that can be unforgiving. It's not just the games you give him, it's the time it then takes a potential new manager to turn it round so 11 games swiftly becomes half the season. Asking should we wait until we've got players back from injury, not for me, I'd be questioning why we continually have players injured. Is it the staff or lack of expertise or are these players just injury prone and better gotten rid of. When does it end and when is enough enough. Last time we were truly supportive of a manager we got relegated.

I've stopped listening to his interviews, they should just play a recording of an old interview as nothing changes nor is he ever taken to task by anyone interviewing him. It's like they pat him on the back and re-assure him they won't ask any uncomfortable questions before they record it.

Whatever the outcome, it's doesn't reflect well on the club and will ultimately have an effect on the business side of things. Why would any potential new investors in the football club want to get involved seeing this. The minute it hit the tabloid rags it didn't matter if it was true or not, that's all people will refer to. Well and truly asleep at the wheel with absolutely no ideas or direction. The fact they saw this as a way to make money for the football club rather than actually focus on the football club making money itself speaks volumes.

Perhaps Mr Dodds should read you match reports, he might get more of an insight from them that what he currently sees on the pitch as from recent viewing he learns nothing from the touchline. There's certainly more effort put into your match reports that's for sure.

I know it's early in the season but we have to get 3pts today, for a team that harbours ambitions of promotion in a league that is extremely competitive, there should be no reason we go into any home game fearing anyone. Morton however are a solid outfit and we have to drastically improve in all areas. Work rate, intensity, fluidity and creativity must be maxed out today and I'd expect 100% from everyone that starts, anything less is not good enough.

While it's early doors in the league, already there's a question that should be asked as it has a huge meaning on your perception to the start of the League campaign - do you see it as one win in four games or one defeat in four games? Yes, most will say that at the end of the day it's still the same number of points but looking deeper into the question, actually it's a very different outlook. I fall in the one win in four camp which in my eyes is not good enough for a team that should have their sights on winning the league and at the very least putting in a very big title challenge. Only three points of top some what hides a sluggish start and already going into a home game against Morton, whom we've struggled against in recent times, already seems like a must win especially given the abject performance last week. I only hope that the management team don't fall into the one defeat in four as to me that would seem to indicate they'd be happy with the league start and a dangerous precedent to set. I can almost get over an abject performance once in a while if we bounce back or if we can turn draws into wins, but for years now the draws have been the most costly in my eyes.

As always I'm eagerly anticipating this season and hopeful that we can bring our Premier Sports Cup form into this game and grab the three points. I'm big enough to hold my hands up and say that last season when I called for BD to go that I may have got it wrong, he road the storm when we went through our slump and I do believe that it will help for this campaign. My hope is that we can be steadier cut out the needless draws from seasons gone by.

I'm honestly not shocked or surprised, I expected nothing less. It's almost as if the panel feel they are there to vindicate the referee, given he's the cup final ref they were never going to overturn it and therefore potentially cause ridicule for Collum. Had it been Rangers or Celtic you better believe it would have been a different outcome. Good on the club for releasing the statement they did.

While I applaud the team for their display and performance yesterday along with an excellent result, I remain grounded and realistic about games to come and what the remainder of the season holds. I can understand the reactions above and do believe most of it is through sheer relief more than anything else but rewind to the last few weeks and remember the outcry and outpouring of criticism forwarded to all at the club. I stand by my previous comments and do believe the BD and most of the coaching staff need to go, I could be wrong but I think yesterdays result may just be papering over the cracks. If I am wrong then I will quite happily admit at the end of the season and will apologise however the cynical part of me doesn't think that I am. Could it be merely the breathing space that all involved require to just limp home until the end of the season.

If that is in deed the thinking behind the scenes, which I would be utterly astonished if it was, then it's a very dangerous road to go down. No company or business, football related or not, should ever look to stand still and in a way that's what you are suggesting. I get the ethos of be happy with what you have got however football and football clubs should never ever fall into that way of thinking, every other club by their very nature is looking to improve so at any time if one club stands still, accepts what's happening and blindly plods on they will be left behind. It's a results business and the results aren't there, certainly not on the pitch right now and in football the only way to improve and grow is for the results on the pitch to improve. Personally I think we need wholesale changes in the backroom staff, certainly the coaching side with the exception of one or two but on the whole this has been a progressive slide and the biggest single factor is the coaching staff. We need new ideas that they cannot bring to the table but that's just my personal opinion

Unfortunately it's gone way beyond that and the worrying thing is that even if we did practice all week on shooting practice, yes we'd score but we'd conceded three. We can't even get the basics right, the fundamentals of football that you and I could point out and instill in a team without any coaching badges or professional insight. We need a complete and utter reset on so many levels and we just don't have the backroom team to do it.

I don't care about anything else anymore other than results and they just aren't coming. I don't care how we play, I just want a win ............... I don't care who we put out on the pitch, I just want a win .............. I don't care about promise or opportunities or passages of play or formations or pressing well or any other sh#te BD will come out with, I just want a win BD flattered to deceive at the start of the season and is being found out and no one is doing anything about it

Look at our next 4 league games: Away - Hamilton Away - Partick Home - Arbroath Away - Raith If we still have the same management team in place for these games then we're not winning any of them. Can anyone seriously see where are win in all that comes from? Answers on a postcard unless you're Billy Dodds, he'll have us down to win them all.
